Fucking Stanton man. Feels like he has a bad at bat every time there are RISP and the team needs a run
He got hit in the face like 8 months ago It's not going to create a case of the yips, calm down with this
He's on pace for 36 home runs after an eh start. He's been pretty solid this season. Please stop making something out of nothing

When you signed the richest contract in baseball history, you need to be much better than solid. Looked it up. He's been great with RISP and less than 2 outs.Hitting .345 He's been terrible with RISP and 2 outs. 3-17 with 8 k's. He needs to be much better than that
No ones disputing that he needs to up his game after the contract But to act like its the yips when it's more that dude had to get back to full speed after getting hit in the fucking face
It's not about upping his game. It's about being an impact player when the game is on the line. He hasn't been that yet this year. And he just did it. I get that he got hit in the face. still doesn't make flinching on every breaking ball that comes inside acceptable. you don't think opposing teams know this? If stanton plays like he did last year, this is one of the best teams in the NL.
Every game I watch I'm more impressed with Bour Morse has that big contract but this kid shouldn't be taken off the field imo
I'm not going to bitch about it, but he could easily have had a much better day at the plate. He left a lot on the table even with the homer. excuse me for expecting one of the best players in the game to play like it.

@JoeFrisaro: Henderson Alvarez 50 pitches today at extended spring. #Marlins RHP likely to pitch in 5 days for @GoHammerheads
@zephyrsbaseball: Z's starter Justin Nicolino's day is over. 6IP, 12 hits, 5R, 5ER, 2BB, 3K. Snapped a string of 20 innings consec scoreless inns #Marlins
@clarkspencer: Gordon out of lineup with leg injury, not believed serious. Yelich leading off. Solano at 2n
@JoeFrisaro: GM Dan Jennings on Gordon: "Precautionary to make sure it doesn't lead into something." #Marlins calling it sore right leg muscle
Wow can't believe we put it on Bumgardner Yelich is really struggling but glad to see Ozuna find his power on the west coast
Has to be Ramos now. Even cichecks successful saves have been mostly terrible. I don't even know how you can even use him as a setup guy though either. He can't get through 2 consecutive batters.
Hey buddy I've noticed you only post in this thread after losses and not wins Any particular u reason Hoosier
I'll take .500 while missing our top 2 pitchers for pretty much the entire season so far. They could be doing much better with some better bullpen pitching, but at least they aren't putting themselves in a big hole right now
Guy himself said that he's better with more work. Give him the 8th inning every or every other night regardless of score and move Ramos into the role.
Two final thoughts: * Closer Aroldis Chapman would make all the sense in the world for the Marlins if the Reds decide to deconstruct.
