Epic show tonight, black jeopardy will live forever (must watch). Tom hanks is the best host of all time. Trump/Hillary opening was gut busting again ....and then Lady Gaga, who blows the doors off the joint! Will win an Emmy
They already took down her performances on you tube... She keeps redefining herself...her voice is spectacular, now dancing and more slow ballards on piano.
Debate and black jeopardy we great and already posted. I don't know why, but I thought this was great
I was laughing at this and I don't find SNL very funny any more outside of the debate skits. It's so stupid that it gets funnier and funnier.
Tuned in tonight just for the hell of it since Aziz Ansari was hosting. Now I realize why I haven't watched in years. Rarely funny and when it is, it wasn't funny enough to be worth the wait. That lawyer skit just now was a little funny, wasn't really worth the 30 previous minutes of suck though.
Also loved the alien invasion with Trump. "Sir, they just vaporized California!" "So, I won the popular vote?"
Louis CK on the 7th plus this list? Incredible. Also awesome news about being live everywhere. Saturday Night Live just revealed its final season 42 hosts. According to Uproxx the final four episodes of the year will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon (April 15th), Chris Pine (May 6th), Melissa McCarthy (May 13th), and Dwayne Johnson for the finale on May 20th. In addition to the host announcement, Uproxx also reports that, for the first time in the show’s history, SNL will broadcast live at the same time across the country: its final four episodes live at 11:30pm Eastern, 10:30pm Central, 9:30pm Mountain, and 8:30pm Pacific. Read the full report over at Uproxx.
I thought it was the best show since the election was fresh. Definitely some absurd and dark stuff, though, that isn't necessarily laugh out loud funny. And the Bill O'Reilly bit and Weekend Update (especially Kate) were really strong this week.
I thought Pine's episode was pretty shitty except for the Real World one. Big fan of most skits Kyle Mooney is in. First half of McCarthy's was great. Second half not so much.
