Weird fucking half. We look like 2012 Sporting. No possession at all. Daniel and Besler are pinching in so tight to Yohan and Rog/Pipe are playing off Sheltons shoulder. Just a weird formation. I wonder if we keep it the same in the 2nd or play more normal.
With Rubio in we need to get Salloi out ASAP. Bring in Fontas, lock down the back, move Yohan forward. Bring in GLB in the 80th for something special.
Haha Hahahah Haha, epic text from a friend. “That game will forever be known as the Cirque de Croizet”
I feel like we’re really really lucky to get that result. I think we dominate them next week though. 2-0 or 3-1 territory.
Chiefs kick off at noon at home next week. Still fully expecting a full CMP and insane atmosphere. First playoff game at home since the Cup win correct?
Sorry, but here in the heartland we only drink AMERICAN liquor. Buffalo Trace and water, wasn’t planning on drinking tonight but too damned hyped. And yes, I’ll be the one in the Cauldron tomorrow.
I gotta say (sadly), #Real Salt Lake the team and their fans are overwhelmingly pieces of shit but user xec seems to be good people.
So Mellinger decided to write about sporting. Nothing earth shattering. A piece on Timmy that was 1/10th of what it could be, but this made it move: “This is Sporting’s best team since the 2013 MLS Cup championship, and perhaps its best attack in franchise history. The team is the real-world version of coach Peter Vermes’ best visions, the result of a winding road of roster and schematic makeovers — a group that defends as a whole, attacks as a whole, and emphasizes organization and possession to score without a dominant scorer.”
I enjoyed Buffalo Trace and water last night! It’s a favorite. I mostly drink bourbon but like a scotch or beers from time to time. Flip off the camera tomorrow so we’ll be able to identify you.
No, because I live in shitty ass Durham for 617 more days. I'm also not mature enough to be an adult. Scotch is also super gross.
An RSL fan that’s gotta little Husk in him. No wonder you’re the only one I don’t want to murder like the rest of your ilk.
Hey, let's keep the dipshit husker ass licking in the biiiiiiiiiiig teeeee1111qq0000000000eeen football thread
I didn’t like Scotch until a trip to Spokane about 10 years ago. I got talked into a flight of scotches. In the flight was a 25 year old Islay, which turned out to be an epiphany.
Moved to Utah to climb the ladder with plans to move back after a couple of years. Turned out to be a great place to live if you can navigate the religion waters and the associated bullshit.
My first scotch was as an 18 year old in the gift shop of Edinburgh castle. Some old Scottish gal was passing out samplers of who knows what. I walked up, proud American chest puffed out, grabbed a shot and tossed it back. My throat burned: my chest contracted. Eyes watered. Wanted to die. The old lady goes “and as you can see from our young American fried “Xxxxxxxx Scotch” goes down so smooth, he can hardly feel it”. I nodded my head and walked away as soon as I could before I curled up and cried like a baby.
I’ll still drink a scotch every now and then but bourbon is so much smoother and tastes so much better. Also cheaper (in most occasions, damn hipsters).
