If there wasn't a bet maximum, if you let it ride 4 times after winning the first 19 you'd just over 7.5 million.
Yeah, after two straight you'd be up over 6,000. I'd stop there. You'd be way the fuck above most table maximums anyways.
Made reservations online a couple months ago for Foundation Room and Stack but then was told they only take reservations a month in advance, So I goto make them yeaterday and they are both fully booked all week when I'm there. Im all . I then call both resturants to see if they still have my first resv I made and they did.
19 isnt a number i play, but with the way i play roulette, id probably throw $5 on the third hit, $10 on the fourth, $50 on the fifth, and the table max (likely $100 and depending on the max payout) until the 20 came up.
almost changed dates to see him in 2 weeks instead of next week but the GF already put in her vacation time
If any of you guys want to splurge on an outstanding meal, check out Mario Batali's CarneVino in the Palazzo. Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had.
[quote="seminolechase, post: 7197706"Mario Batali's CarneVino in the Palazzo/quote] dont have any dinner plans for friday might do this
you definitely should, its pricey but an outstanding meal. Most steakhouses dry age their meat for 2 weeks, CarneVino does it for 3 months so the steaks are just awesome. Its generally pretty easy to get in there as well because there are no shows currently going on at Palazzo.
I havent stayed there before but the rooms do look nice. but after looking at the prices of them I would only stay there if I was being comped
A decent place to play blackjack during the day is the Tropicana. The place is pretty dumpy but they just completely remodeled it so the place is pretty airy/not smoky and its one of the few remaining places on the strip with $5 minimums
Not sure what this means, but the prices for me are cheap as shit for the dates I'm looking at - $51 a night. I'm planning on playing mostly at MGM, with maybe some ventures to Aria and Mandalay, so it works from that perspective - just want to know if it is a dump, because Aria and Mandalay are both pretty cheap that week, too.
oh not bad, I was just looking at a random weekend and there cheapest room was 250 without me logging into mlife
Currently waiting to get on a plane to Vegas. I tried to order a vodka oj at chilis at 8:00 and was declined cause they don't start serving booze till 9
to me the words "vegas" and "itinerary" should never be in the same sentence, but I would try to involve the following in my weekend: - a shitload of craps, some blackjack and some roulette - one night downtown (mermaids is something of a tradition with my group) - one nice dinner/strip club/etc night - hofbrau haus
Yeah, don't want to get lumped into a set schedule or anything, but also don't want to be clueless about the plans and get stuck in massive lines for a bar/pool or go to some place that sucks dick.
If you can swing it financially, a poolside cabana is more fun than a table at a club. They put us next to Mark Cuban at Encore Beach Club a couple of months back. The pussy spilling out from his cabana was unreal. We are going to try and do another trip this fall to celebrate my buddy's divorce and the fact that I recently learned that my gf is a cheating whore. Should get pretty messy.
ECB on that Saturday had a $5k minimum. Rehab the next day also had a $5k minimum. We didn't realize that there was an "entertainment tax" of 20% because of LL Cool J, which effectively made it a minimum $7k. You do get the cabanas all day. Typically saturdays or any day not sunday will be cheaper. I think we've gotten a cabana on a Saturday at rehab for either$1500 or $2500. The minimums will vary with the featured entertainer at the pool.
Found this out last trip and I'm pretty sure I forgot to post it. Evidently Canada is full of hot, fun, slutty women. These women love to come to Vegas on Canadian holidays.
The view from the foundation room lounge is astonishing. Been up 35 straight hours and going strong even thou I blew 300 on 3 card poker
I see it's already been mentioned, but yall absolutely have to get a pool cabana. Looks like you're going with a big group, like I was, and it was about $200-250/person. Was absolutely the highlight of the trip. We did the Hard Rock, which I've been told is kind of middle of the road as far as pools go, and it was fucking incredible.
And I was pretty "meh" on the bottle service at the clubs, not really my scene. I would suggest it for at least one night for the experience, but I'd just fuck around and gamble the other nights.
There is only 6 of us and most places on Sat have minimums of $2500+....so that is a reach. I've done this once in Atlantic City and liked it. Was thinking of doing this somewhere then basically doing what you mentioned the rest of the time. Gamble, hop around, downtown and strip clubs.
