That's a little more "dressy" than I'm gonna need. I'm going to get them muddy when i walk around on site. I have a heel spur in my left foot so i'm looking for something more comfortable than boots, but still enough Texan to be around a bunch of Texans.
Are you talking about gokeys? http://www.orvis.com/store/product_...id=909&cat_id=17451&subcat_id=52262&nav=20251
I couldnt think of the name, but after he said it wasnt bean boot, this is the boot I immediately thought of
had to purchase about $500 worth of stuff at Bealls on my personal credit card for work that got reimbursed. Had some Bealls rewards dollars from that and I've been wanting a cooler/didn't want to pay Yeti Hopper prices. nice little 50 can holding consolation for free imo.
Got a 10% off code for Saddleback at a conference that I'm not going to use. Figured I'd help a TMB member out. Not sure if it's 1 time use or not, but the code is SBSWEHCNK.
There is also a coupon code for 15% off that, bringing shirts down to $33.96 each. Use code: alexplore6
It's normal. The Dri fit ones I am a 2x but they don't shrink at all. The cotton ones you can shrink them if you want
I have been seeing a lot of Peter Millar polos at TJ Maxx for 29.99. It says on te tag last season, but I just picked up 3 "Summer Comfort" ones for about 90 bucks. Could be worth checking into if you shop there.
Their summer comfort shirts are the most comfortable polo that I own. Pretty much only buy these now; have about 15-20.
Anyone have portable monitor recommendations? Trying to stay around $150. My old one was a shitty AOC one that got screen damaged after my laptop bag fell off a chair. Currently looking at this one: http://www.amazon.com/HP-ELiteDispl...463680094&sr=8-1&keywords=hp+portable+monitor
i have one of the peter millar golf shirts not sure if its dry fit-its kinda a stretchy material-i thought that was what i ordered from sierra trading but it wasn't-i still like them a lot though-just a different material
I pick up a new shirt anytime I play a new golf course. In the last 3 or 4 years, I've been fortunate enough to be taken on multiple golf trips where I end up with 3-4 shirts each. So it adds up quickly. Edit: Also, have gotten one from my brother in law for about my past 5 birthdays. Other than at a new golf course, I cant remember the last time I bought one.
Speaking of, has anyone tried any of their 'seaside" collection? If so, what do you think about them? Seems to be a lightweight and really soft cotton shirt. Saw a few last time I was at my dad's club but didnt get a close look. https://www.petermillar.com/products/ms16k71/seaside-hwy-12-stripe-polo
Ehh, not bad shirts, but I prefer PM summer comforts. Ross shirts run HUGE, though. Even bigger than PM
Did someone say Baggies? Oh, OK. Here's a sale. https://www.rei.com/product/878982/patagonia-baggies-longs-shorts-mens
Bought one a couple weeks ago. Very light weight, good shirt. I bought a medium which is what I normally wear in their stuff and it is kinda big. I think the small would be too little though.
i bought a nerd keyboard because im tired of cheap ones dying on me there are some hideously gaudy vaporwave keycaps on massdrop which i am slightly considering but wont actually get a e s t h e t i c Spoiler
Nerd keyboard without arrows, number pad, or dedicated function key row? I believe that is referred to as a "liberal arts keyboard".
the keyboard has arrows on the function layer, but no number pad because i dont need it its tiny and the space saved is worth not having the extra dedicated keys for me
