Interesting how they have changed the format of the episodes. It used to be some order of post elimination, partying, challenge, voting, elimination. Now it's basically broken in to two. Can see they are trying to make it more dramatic and draw it our since its probably MTVs best T.V. show
MTV really needs tk stop spoiling shit. It is amazing. They do it every year. I don't know why I watch the "next week" preview
I make a point to not watch the “next week” preview and I never watch the show live so I can fast forward through commercials because I’ve seen MTV spoil itself during commercials. It’s completely absurd
That’s what bananas does, gets these average players like Tony to suck his dick then eventually he’ll screw Tony over which will have Tony crying about his kids and how he thought bananas was his friend Which I’m guessing was that scene in the preview where Tony is sitting on the floor contemplating life and someone says to him “sometimes your idols end up being your vendetta”
You really felt the need to reference the preview after we just had a big discussion on how it spoils shit?
I think if it were me I wouldn’t beg or throw people under the bus, I’d say “if you choose to throw me in that’s fine, you know I’ll win and I’ll be sitting on the other side of this table and I won’t forget this” You know that’ll make them pick someone else, unless I was someone like Nelson or Shane where they’d laugh at the thought of me winning That’s why guys like mike the miz and CT were so great, they never were afraid to go in because they knew they were coming back, they weren’t scared shitless to go in
I don’t see how that is anywhere close to someone saying they saw X and Y on the preview so they must win the elimination this week
Whether he wins or loses, Joss got pretty unlucky with that twist. He would’ve killed Shane heads up in that elimination
Matt from Wild n Out/Champs vs Stars lives in the building next to mine and I see him regularly out walking his dog. He can't be more than 5'9" and 160lbs. On the show he didnt seem that much smaller than the rest of the cast, makes me wonder how big those guys actually are.
I thought that was a shitty twist for the competitors. You're competing against the house, but random x competitors for a chance to get sent home
The car challenge was ridiculously dumb. And it blows my mind how incredibly dangerous it was. The cars suspended was fine... adding the water was a huge risk and Leroy got knocked the fuck out.
The cars were also suspended on cables with a decent amount of rocking possible. A couple people weren’t all that far from getting smushed when one rocked back towards the other. Derrick is absolutely a beast, but I still hate that twist. Would make more sense if those people could win their way into the house or something.
Too much unknown but Joss could have been the overall top guy. You could tell how relieved Bananas was after he left. Zack is all sho, no go, LeRoy got knocked into next week, Tony can only eat and talk about his lil girls, Devin is really smart but doesn’t look to be in good enough shape to win and Brad could maybe win 10 years ago. At this point, Bananas has to be the heavy favorite now that Joss got “eliminated” by Derrick, who also worked Bananas the last time they met in an elimination. Also, how much dead weight is on the girls squad? Jemme, Marie, Kayleigh, Britni, etc. Outside of Nicole, Cara, and Kailah, all the girls left have zero chance of winning.
I think Zack has a pretty good shot with the remaining roster. Definitely agree on the girls though. Beyond Cara, Kailah and 1-2 others nobody has a shot.
Am I the only one who thought Tori basically handed the elimination win to Kam? After Tori scored the first one it looked very obvious to me that she stopped trying after that.
I want Zack to be good, and he should be way better than he’s performed. I actually met him a few times at Michigan football games and he’s pretty cool to talk to. Nothing major, just laughed and chatted to us some at our tailgate. Some guys at my gym also went against him at a CrossFit competition and he won it with his partner. He also played college football and had a pro day. Guy is way more accomplished than most of these people but just can’t seem to get it done when it matters.
Last season or the one before featured a challenge that was very unsafe due to dumb reasons....forgetting what it was. They could have just taken the glass out and made those cars be 15 feet above water.
Yeah I'm really annoyed at that elimination too. You're fighting and competing against ppl in the house. No elimination should be against all time greats. It's fucking stupid.
It also changes strategy. Somebody going in may have picked who they wanted if they were in good with the troika. Interesting TV I guess, but it’s bullshit for the actual game and the players.

Have they spoiled what happens next week yet? Seems like I saw something on “this season on...” and would make sense for it to come out now.. And no, I haven’t read any shit online about it. Seems like they made it obvious in the previews for the season.

eventually, sometime, somewhere, the guy group of Devin/Cory/Nelson/etc. need to finally make a power move against Bananas early. Amazing how ppl always chicken out. The midseason promo does show 'his' people contemplating a power move against him. Hopefully they do it.
