Boring finale wish they would have had a shit they should have showed show.

Pretty weak season overall. The actual challenges/arena were lacking and the teams were just not interesting. I get that they got to weed out all the old people but the big issue with that is most of the recent RW seasons have sucked. Finale was real bad.

Now that jersey shore is over, I'm really hoping for a "Shore Meets World" type challenge.

Surprised Trishelle did that well on the final

 

I am a bit surprised that Frank and Thor didnt blow it by raging on Sam like they did. I realize its a stupid challenge but Thor and Frank are shitty leaders, they nearly made Sam quit (who should show up in better shape...)

Dustin made things work with Trishelle, if they had a full (functioning) team they probably would have won.

 

The finale didn't reward teams of four as much as I thought it should. Chet and Sarah probably would have made it close if it were just the two of them.

 

If Vegas hadn't fucked up that first puzzle they would have had a decent shot at winning. Especially with the 2nd day head start.

 

I always think most of the finale's aren't great TV since it's mostly an endurance event, doesn't have the drama of an elimination b/c the teams always spread out. Zito mentioned Trishelle used to run cross country so that explains her doing pretty well. the sandbox seemed to be the only checkpoint that really favored the 4 person team. Devyn was expected but was real suprised how well Ashley did in the final, it looked easy for her

 

ashley does some "fitness modeling" she's probably in decent shape

 

Zito showed he's good, now they just need to mix in some vets next season. A guy lineup of Zito, Roylee, Kenny, Wes, Bananas, Thor, CJ, and CT would be a good start.

 

I despise Frank, but you need guys like him on the show. Half the fun is having someone you want to fucking punch in the face. I think if he and Bananas were on the same show, Johnny would mentally fuck with Frank to the point were he'd commit suicide.

Frank way okay from an entertainment standpoint, team brooklyn was the bigger issue, probably the most apathetic I've ever felt towards a team. Although I would be lying if i said I didn't enjoy watching Devon run 50 yards-complain about her feet being hot-then sit down and take off her shoes in the middle of the finale. Hard to explain what I would have done to her if she was on my team and $250K was on the line.

I really hope this sets up for a vets/rookies (who have actually won) challenge next season. They brought in a lot of new faces this season, and that's good to mix things up a bit, but they need some of the usual faces back.

Not even the fact that's being filmed in my hometown will get me to watch one second of this show.

 

I've always usually at least start watching the season and see how it goes if I stay with it or hold out till the challenge. got to get those Joy Playboy pics posted in here

 

If this happens, I will most certainly not not watch. And I'll not not love every minute of it.

Cast looks pretty weak, IMO. Although there's probably no way they could be worst than St Thomas. Probably the worst RW cast in the last decade.

Normally I'd agree but then again, am married to a wife that likes the show so probably will be watching. Plus, it being in Portland is a plus.

But I can see them saying they're playing to honor Diem. Then when it looks like they're gonna be voted in, using that as a guilt trip to avoid it.

The only way I'm not rolling my eyes at a "we're playing for Diem" alliance is if the winning team donates at least half the prize money to a charity for her illness.
