Lost to his team twice in the Alabama State final four. Their team stayed next door to my team in the hotel and Courtney taught me how to "shoot dice" along with Varez Ward(Auburn) and Charvez Davis(Alabama). That team was super hood /coolstorybro
He was good. He had a cup of tea in the NBA for a bit with the Rockets. That was the most out of control team we had in any sport. Drug addicts, dealers, a gang rape, DWI's, retards It was hilarious
was pretty funny watching the Tennessee 247 initially think Tyndall was clean and the fall would be on his assistants at Southern Miss. That was a bit optimistic.
Quickly learned that you have to snap your fingers after the dice stops while you hold some 1's in your left hand
Dave Hart hiring that guy despite how deeply involved he was in these USM infractions is mind blowing Seems like if you are head coach at UT you have a pretty good chance of getting slapped with a show cause order
Jon Rothstein ✔@JonRothstein Oklahoma and Auburn will play a neutral site game at the Hall-of-Fame in Springfield on 12/21/16, sources told @CBSSports.
We picked up a home and home in basketball with Colorado State, and their football team will come to Arkansas in a couple years.
Spoiler Ask me after we finish filling our roster out. There seems to be a couple grad transfers who can really help us if they decide to come here. Pearl's only had one interview since the season ended and he just said he expects the team to be really young and really talented. Fan expectations for next year are to make the NIT I guess. We think 2017 will be a year we can take a big step forward.
Isn't he the one that got SMU into all that shit with Keith Frazier? Congrats on your upcoming postseason ban
lol Lorenzo Jenkins played like 4.5 mins this year and was really just a warm body to practice with. This frees up a scholarship for an actual contributor. Whether or not we actually use that scholarship for a contributor worth a shot remains to be seen though
Here's our roster for next year so far: PG: Jaylen Barford, Anton Beard SG: Dusty Hannahs, CJ Jones, Daryl Macon SF: Adrio Bailey, Dustin Thomas, Manuale Watkins PF: Trey Thompson, Arlando Cook C: Moses Kingsley We've got two open scholarships, and could always put Manny back as a walk-on like he belongs since his dad is an asst coach
We have 5 open scholarships, which is awesome considering our coach blamed missing the tournament the first 4 years (and the NIT years 1-3) on a lack of depth
Tenn will be in the last third of teams again this year. One senior, former 5* guard Robert Hubbs, and one junior in guard Detrick Mostella. Both were in the dog house late in the year. However, they turned in on the three tournament games. Finally we will have a true point in Lamonte Turner, but this will be his first year. He had an eligibility issue this year and had to sit out. Soph 6-9 Kyle Alexander will have to make big strides in the offseason. He is our only serviceable "big" man. 6-5 Soph Admiral Schofield plays bigger than expected, but he is foul trouble prone. Its going to be at best 2017-2018 before we could sniff competing for a NCAA bid.
Detrick is a world class dumbass. Good kid just not smart at all but his athleticism is absurd Interested to see how Lamonte Turner turns out. Watched him a few times in high school and I didn't get the feel he'd be an SEC starter but he's a solid player
Turner seemed to have good practice reports. We need him for 30+ min per game most likely. Tenn hasnt had a true point in years. If Mostella can consistently play the way he did after Barnes unbenched him, he do some damage. His athleticism is his strong point. He needs to use it to get to the rim and lay off jacking threes.
Ole Miss lands New Mexico grad transfer Cullen Neal over A&M and Ohio State. Big piece for the Rebs, two years of eligibility remaining.
So Robert Kirby ended up at LSU? Guess LSU is going to continue to have stud players, but still won't be able to coach them up.
guessing he is going to Ga Tech? Still pissed about that fuckery that got him to Mizzou in the first place.
That fuckery wasn't even worth it. Got dinged a couple scholarships, and have no one of staff that was able to help him develop.
These three players will now be playing 40-55 minutes in our frontcourt next year: -A second year junior college transfer that we took in the late period after we whiffed on all our other targets, who gave us a whopping .3 win shares last year and scored 14 points in conference play. -A freshman whom Eric Bossi described as "having more potential than Ryan Rosburg, I guess." -A 6-10 195 pound freshman. so that's a thing
