    MooreAlabama Surprisingly normal looking.

One of the best looking fields I've ever seen, in any sport, at any level. I'd love to pick their ground crew's brains.

I believe it was in the 40-50m range with weekly salary being around 200k on non match weeks and 500k on match weeks.

Euro countries always having like an Olympic ceremony for the opening of a new stadium. Here, we'll just shoot a few fireworks or something.

  44. snowfx2

Really wish we'd incorporate more roofs into stadiums here. Enhances the design, increases crowd noise, and protects some fans from the elements.
  45. BearlyHere

    BearlyHere EMAW walk-on

reliant and minute maid have roofs :smug:

reliant is so loud and we don't have to sit in 100+ degree heat
  46. snowfx2

    snowfx2 Mora

I don't necessarily mean retractable roofs, more the roofs like Allianz, St. James Park, etc. that cover 75% of the stadium.
  47. BearlyHere

    BearlyHere EMAW walk-on

yeah i like that style..just like soccer stadiums more in general. football stadiums all seem the same but soccer stadiums seem to have a feel that sets them apart

Santiago Bernabeu gonna get an upgrade which will include underground parking:

  49. IronLung

IronLung can't a bitch livin say i bought her michael kors

so the bernabeau will have those designs on the outside lit up like allianz arena or something? pretty sketchy picture but underground parking is badass

General stadium question: why do some stadium designers feel the need to have random colored seats scattered about the stadium as opposed to one set of color or a pattern. (warsaw & kiev euro 2012 stadiums for example)
