Got to see the dynamo stadium when I was at the astros game the other day (they are literally a block from eachother) and it is just badass as hell in person
Awesome video and stadium. I love how all of the stadiums (except for Toyota Center) are going to be connected by light rail. Even TC is still a few blocks away from a light rail station.
That is stunning. I didn't expect that. I've seen pictures leading up to it and am blown away by the end result.
Lille's new stadium reminds me of a newer, nicer, bigger version of WHL on the inside. Similar looking stand setup/roofing/big screen placement.
Pato, Wolves opened the stand before the season ended. They just finished the new Megastore on the exterior and are working on the museum and new restaurants as well as the concourse on the Stan Cullis stand. Aside from several dozen seats actually falling off, the stand looks amazing.
Yes, I know technically the seats were open, but as you say, the exterior has not been finished, hence why I just posted pics of the outside.
Too drunk to come up with a clever response, but it's being built by the people who built the birdsnest which is fine by me
Obviously won't be something crazy like the birdsnest. From what is being said it will be modeled after Arsenal's stadium. Plus the Chinese are pretty much paying for it themselves
This is San Antonio's the just got under construction. We definitely need more of these midsize stadiums in this country with the ability to expand to MLS size. Apparently they're going straight to Phase II because attendance this year has averaged 11,000
Couple pics of Lille's field turned into basketball stadium, well where the basketball court would be. Spoiler
So their field is essentially cut in half, then stacked to open up a basketball area? That looks amazing.
Lille's stadium is the exact type of stadium and size they should build in Las Vegas. Host UNLV football and basketball games, Pac 12 title game, big boxing and UFC fights, concerts, etc.
