Yeah but yu, Hamels, Holland, and Perez will be the top 4. We no longer need him. We can just re-sign Colby or someone like him to be the 5th starter for much cheaper and spend the money elsewhere. Chi Chi, Martinez, and Tepesch are all there if one of the starters happens to get injured.
Yu could be out until all star break. Who knows where Holland/Perez are at this point? Hopefully they bounce back. Chi Chi, Martinez, and Tepesch are all trash and if we have to count on them for anything more than a spot start, we are in some serious trouble. I will agree that Colby is a much cheaper option.
