Is there a we don't have issues with in the league. And why the fuck do you set a wall to the right and not cover the left, Mignolet?
Probably most neutral fans. I was eagerly awaiting an iffy penalty to be given in the 90th minute. I was pretty taken aback when that iffy penalty was given to Palace.
LFC Fans Corner@LFCFansCorner 39m39 minutes ago This season Liverpool has scored fewer goals, conceded roughly the same, and lost more games than Rodgers' first season (2012-13). The idea that Klopp is going to go to Fenerbahce and we aren't even going to approach him makes me rage
Also, do we want to lose this weekend and hope Timmy can pull out a FA Cup miracle or should we hope we win and don't have to go through Europa qualifying which starts in 6 weeks. I guess its possible we could end up in Europa qualifying and play our U-21 side and lose and not progress into Europa but I don't see that happening.
If Dejan Lovren grades out as the best CB in the premier league then you need to rethink how your system works.

Besides why would we sell him now anyway? Aren't LFC guaranteed some fee because of his age when his contract is up?
Yes but waaaay less than what we could get now. I bet this is resolved like Suarez. Signs a big new deal with the understanding that he'll be sold next summer.
Anfield HQ@AnfieldHQ96 13s13 seconds ago Sterling is annoyed at being played at right back this season. He will meet Anfield officials this week for crunch talks. #lfc (Mirror) Thanks Brendan
So they guarantee him time out left wing or attacking mid, base pay plus incentives for goals/assists, and some buy out clause for in league and out of league. Maybe it's all his potential but he didn't really do anything IMO to earn all this discussion. Sure he led the line when asked (which he shouldn't do) but he's all pace at this point. How many easy goals did he put into the stands? How many assists from crosses?
Agreed he's not worth the reported 180 or whatever he asked for, but its hard to gage his value when he's been stuck out wide or asked to play striker. He's a 10, he looked awesome in that role both last year and when he's played it for England. Had he played that role this year, he'd be worth a ton more.
Which is why Ian Ayre, Rodgers, etc. make some assurances. No one would bat an eyelash if Sterling's contract started at 125, with goals/assists and awards pushing that number up. Rodgers puts him either like Neymar in 4-3-3 or Hazard in 4-2-3-1 and makes some guarantees about not playing in the back 4. I get LFC want to play moneyball but when you're still in the top 10 in net worth in world football you better prove it every once in a while.
money ball works when you find young talent and build it up, not when you sell your best player who is 21. Just wait until next summer when Barca come knocking for Coutinho.
