Anyone want good tickets to Isbell at the Fox next weekend? 2nd row balcony. I'll sell them to TMB for what I paid. I can't go and they're not moving on Stubhub for above face.
Under contract on that spot in Midtown I linked to a bit back in the Denver thread. Should be good to go just need to get a damn appraiser out there.
could be better than what was planned in west midtown. not surprising they were sued over noise concerns since there were a couple of separate nextdoor posts sunday complaining about hearing the music from music midtown all the way out in underwood hills. could just faintly hear it off in the distance.
Had a good time yesterday at work, things were going fine until a suspicious package outside brought all the cops and bomb squad and everything, and all the customers were stuck, unable to leave, for about 3 hours.
I tried in like May and it seemed like they upped security, were taking it more seriously. Really excited the project is getting going tho.
The quarry is being turned into Atlanta's largest park and it's going to be filled with enough water to provide atl with water for 30 days.
I think they're putting an amphitheater somewhere on the west side beltline trail, but I don't know if it's at the quarry or not.
Music to my ears. Is now the time to buy on the Westside? It's tempting, but it's probably another decade or so until that area is "hot." Probably a good investment but not a place I'd want to live right now.
There's a lot of awesome shit proposed and under construction already. Hopefully Star Metals goes through. The first pic is for offices, the next two are apartments that should go next door. Spoiler
Yea, I think its investment real estate at the moment. Its not fully liveable, minus West Midtown. But if you go to the far west side of the quarry I saw one new-ish townhome development.
Fox Bros Breakfast? :wow: http://www.atlantamagazine.com/dining-news/fox-bros-que-osk-opens-october-3-armour-yards/ http://www.atlantamagazine.com/news...k-preview-youll-find-fernbanks-new-wildwoods/
Nice crowds at East Lake today and the course looks to be in pristine condition. Perfect day out there..
I'm there every two weeks. Did you go to Marietta or Edgewood? I still think the Edgewood one tastes better.
That campaign, and that little cat logo thing they use, was thought of by a volunteer intern. Talk about hitting your interview outtadapark
Any bar that has a stage for older BBw to get on stage naked, stick matches in their nipples, and light them on fire for money is a national landmark imo. Because it seriously is an actual national landmark.
