I hate to hear this. Even the highest speeds? DTV told me it was $65 per month for xxx amount but it was way more than I needed. My Comcast internet is $100 and it just rolled of a promotion. Cancelling and switching to ATT-DTV was on my to do list this week.
I underwrote it but our credit committee wouldn't green light enough loan proceeds. It's absurd and nothing like any of us ever lived in during school. This project and the new Standard's by Landmark from Athens are insanely nice. I've underwritten 3 Standards (St. Louis and Baton Rouge construction plus Athens bridge loan). These are even nicer than SkyHouse which I underwrote and helped originate both Charlotte and Raleigh. I wanna say the total cost was around $76MM with a 70% LTV for University House.
Private "college" amenities have to keep pace with universities, which are spending at a ridiculous rate. Part of the reason there's a student loan crisis is because this is what students have come to expect.

Of course you can reload it. Marta should not be doing anything to discourage riders. Their prices are already high enough. Compare it to other places.

I mean, so for most people who live in Atlanta the cost is an extra $1 every time they lose theirs. I've had the same card since I moved here 2 years ago. I agree that rate hikes for MARTA are a bad thing but this doesn't seem so bad to me. Its not like they're raising the per trip cost. But LOL at the hacking thing.
