need a pair for class/going out for around 2-300 i was lookin at these http://sheplers.com/mens/ariat_ostrich/030232.html thoughts fellas
The only two states I have ever lived in a large % of people wear boots. Well besides the hipsters and :aero:
Have had a pair of Justin Ropers for almost a year now. Most comfortable boots I've ever owned. I wear them out most nights I go out.
I've got some Ariats that I have had for 7 years now and they are so comfortable and have held up incredibly well. Highly recommend.
I am on my second pair of Georgia boots. I wear them every day and they have been awesome. I like the weight especially.
Currently have http://www.redwingshoes.com/productdetails.aspx?prodid=1102 and http://www.cavenders.com/product.asp?cat=1&dept_id=514&pf_id=LN3503C2&cm_vc=productpage For my next pair I want something like these to wear with a suit (yes, you can ) http://sheplers.com/mens/lucchese_ostrich/034264.html
That's what I was afraid of. What brand? I've bought some cheap ostrich boots that fell apart too, but it was because the brand was cheap. I've always thought lizard looked really sharp, but didn't think they'd hold up.
Tony Lama, they weren't cheap but they arn't the really expensive ones. I also didn't take good enough care of them.
I've had my red wings for at least 5 or 6 years now, got them when I was a jr in hs. Might actually bite the bullet and get a new pair this year.
Looking for advice on a square toed pair of boots, preferably not that high up the leg either. Thinking about these for Christmas: http://www.sheplers.com/mens/square_toe_boots/030083.html I saw a few other's say they had Ariats and these looked decent. I don't want a bunch of designs and shit, just some simple leather, square toed boots that will also be comfortable. Never purchased this type of boot before so any advice would be needed. Trying to stick near the $100-125 range.
Boots really come down to personal preference, but those look like motorcycle boots and that's not a good look for casual, in my humblest vaginal cavity. I think these are much sharper:
Any recommendations for a black dress boot? I've looked at various ostrich, lizard and goat skin boots.
Hawkeye I can't see that link because I'm on my phone but I have a pair of square toe Ariats. Love them for casual and just riding around
i have these too, love em edit for clarity: didn't mean stockmans. just saw these on Cavender's website and i like them, except i'm a little iffy on the green http://www.cavenders.com/product.asp?cat=1&dept_id=511&pf_id=JUSBR307
