DotA 2: -APEM pros only go fast!

I'm probably the worst of the TMBers. Only played like 150 hours or something.

I played a carry WR with some other TMBers at way higher mmr a while back and went like 16-8 because after friedskillet force fed me with cogs for a while, focus fire just becomes unstoppable with agh's and deso. Probably needs a small nerf

this eg vs vp game is intense

 

For real. If someone got super good with Chen and spammed him, they could get 5k easy.

 

i climbed 400mmr and have only lost 1 ranked game w/ weaver

it's easy as shit if you become dominant with a solid hero

 

it just gets tiresome and boring playing only one hero over and over

 

Two biggest problems with Chen:

1. Requires teammates to commit to early towers, pressure, and short games; some will still insist on playing late game heroes and farming until 25min.
2. Spirit Breaker

The major has been pretty cool so far, I like the way they're doing group stage.

The OG-Vega series was so damn good.

 

Yeah, that last game was so up and down. That was a tough group. OG is good enough to qualify for winners bracket in some of these groups.

S4 was really getting a lot of praise as potentially the best player in the world before TI.

He's been pretty underwhelming in most everything I've seen him in since then.

 

To be fair, Mineski took a game from CDEC and 2-0'd EHOME to be the 2nd team to the upper bracket from that group.

Alliance got too cute with their drafts. Fuckin' Brewmaster and whatnot.

I always found s4 underwhelming, but I like him and he was playing pretty good leading up to the major. But that's against tier 2-4 EU teams.

 

EG gets Vega next who really took it to them at ESL. Hopefully we get a different outcome.

 

The homie DEAD7 having a nice game on Weaver. Nice to see you didn't quit, Dota is too fun. None of us will ever be top tier, just play and enjoy.

Fear is doing really well as support. Doesn't hurt that he knows every role and has the most diverse hero pool.
