Why buy it even for the remastered? That's exactly what they want you to do and you're just falling for their gambit. Especially since it's coming out in November while October will be such a great month for games.
Don't get me wrong. I enjoy it far more than AW & Ghost. I just don't have that same bloodlust like we did back in college Also, one thing I can't stand about Treyarch (specifically BO2 & BO3) is their 3 pathway map system. I'm sick of that, I need openness in my maps
three lanes is how they should be. too much openness and its total chaos. they have structure and you can predict spawns. also for competitive gaming the three lane has to happen.
Hell nah, MW & MW2 had a mixture of both. That's what made them great. However, making every single map 3 lanes is just fucking retarded. Especially if you're playing against a good team in an objective base game. They'll just camp 2/3 lanes
It's not very hard to figure out. It's called map awareness. If my whole team is running to a side of the map and I kill 3 people then I'm immediately running to the other side. The game is looking to put the spawning player into the map in the safest place. It's going to be the place with the least amount of enemy players. I've literally never been killed by a person spawning into a game behind me in BO3. In ghosts, mw2, and mw3 it happened every few games. A person spawns and is standing behind me and kills me. Not necessarily proud of this but I've played a lot of COD in my life. Probably more than anyone on this board. I just won a wager (game for money) match 30 minutes ago. I've followed competitive COD for about 4 years very closely. I follow the pros and developers on Twitter. I don't know much but I do know COD. Again to reiterate not necessarily proud of this fact. The best players in the world and the ones who play this game for a career all prefer Treyarch and the 3 laned system. Fwiw I loved mw and mw2, I liked the maps too. But the three laned style makes perfect sense.
I'm not arguing for getting shot in the back, but i also dont want to know where the other team spawns. Thats probably more a product of the size of maps for cod type shooters than anything though.
Why wouldn't you want to know where the team you're trying to kill is spawning? That's half the battle.
I would rather kill them all and win the game. But maybe that's just me. Hopefully this space bullshit will make us both happy.
It did, 2 years ago when destiny was released. I have no interest in the ttks of a cod or battlefield.
I usually pump sunshine up Activisions butt but I'm not too excited. We will know a lot more after Cod Xp
I thought cod look like shit when they first announced it, but not knowing what the game was when they showed the gameplay footage, it looked pretty fun. I'll be curious to see how it turns out.
Think this is pretty likely. Going all the way to open world is probably too much of a change for the franchise. I'm very interested to see how the dynamic with the kid plays out, if it will be like Last of Us or something else entirely.
I thought the space gameplay looked like a lot of fun. Kind of reminded me of Dead Space and floating around/sticking to things
NBA 2k16 is free on psn i installed it it wouldn't let be 5'2 450lbs at point guard i made a 7'3 center i got a ton of offensive 3 seconds violations i uninstalled it
http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/06...e-me-care-about-the-series-for-the-first-time That's incredible, if true
Never thought about it until now but they could possibly keep the God of War series going on for a long time. After they're finish with the Norse mythologies they can move on to the Egyptian gods
Mafia 3 I never played the first 2, haven't watched the trailer yet, but from what I read it sounds pretty cool. Have you guys read anything about it?
I've read a handful of things about it. I like the era/concept of an African American mob boss in 60s/70s New Orleans. It's something I'm going to wait for reviews / sales on though
eBay is doing a sale on PS+ $39.99 for a year http://m.ebay.com/itm/191893014966?...vr_id=1046689851835&_mwBanner=1&ul_noapp=true
anyone else think when this trailer was getting going it was actually a Last of Us sequel (with new cast, obviously)?
FYI - I just noticed that the PS Store has the Spend $100 get $15 back sale going, so if you're a downloader it's a good time to hit the E3 sale or pre-order anything you've been looking into
I think it's separate from the sale. It's just a spend $100 on anything get $15 off deal, so preorders should work.
South Park should count. I usually buy pre-orders when I see that banner pop up https://www.playstation.com/en-us/legal/spend-100-get-15-terms-and-conditions/
There are a lot of good sales in the PlayStation store until the 21st. I may finally buy some games that I didn't want to pay full price for that are now heavily discounted. Games I'm looking at: Shadow of Mordor goty $10 Rainbow six siege gold $40 How were these games? I played the rainbow six beta and had trouble getting into it, but I like shooters. Don't know much about shadow of Mordor.
Shadows of Mordor at that that price is beyond a steal Just a hysterical video of how one mistake can cause you a hell of a lot more work.
Picked up the Nathan Drake series this weekend. Going to try and run through all three (never played any of them before) and then kop 4 immediately after.
