We signed Peterson, then traded up to get Kamara. Makes zero fucking sense. One of those moves would be alright, but doing both is vintage Loomis. I know it's said over and over, but how that man still has a job is beyond me. The two teams he's in charge of (which is strange in it's own right--how many GMs preside over both an NFL and NBA team???) are terrible and in complete financial ruin.

Still on board with the Pels. One of the very few on the board I'm sure. Pels have a top 5 player in NBA in AD and a decent to good supporting staff. Alvin Gentry has proven over time that he's not a great head coach but he rode that Golden Stare coach hype train into here. I hope he proves me wrong but at this time I would rather have Monty Williams. At least we were in the playoffs.
Firing Monty was definitely questionable. Always thought he was pretty average but he's proven to be a better coach than Gentry at this point. You're right that they made it worse by passing on SVG and then hiring Gentry.
