When yall get a beer package in the mail do you throw it right in the freezer? I would be so anxious to start drinking some of those delicious rare brews

 

Got some nice glassware for Christmas and it is changing my life. Anything above 7.0% or so needs to go in a snifter type glass. Tastes so good. For lighter beers though I still like a pint glass. They taste kind of thin when you pour them in a snifter. Never thought the glass could make such a big difference. Cunt level increased

 

Just wait until the day when you will refuse to drink out of anything but a teku glasses.

 

The set I got has one that has an hourglass shape like that. No long handle though :(

Not really, used more just to give off high levels of cuntiness

 

I try to drink most everything out of a tulip, wheat beers being the exception...

Going to be in alpharetta, ga (atlanta area) tonight. My options are 5 Seasons Brewery/Restaurant or a nearby Taco Mac. Thoughts on the 5 Seasons? I've been to a few Taco Macs locations before.

Boneyard is the SHIT. Personally I'd put RPM up there with Heady Topper. Unfortunately you can't really get outside of Oregon and they don't bottle, that I know of.

No they dont bottle or can anything yet, should be by summer though. It is by far the smoothest IPA i have ever tasted, hoppy but no bite.

 

was thinking of buying a snifter soon.

Personally I love 5 Seasons, or did when I lived there. Good German-style brews. Seven Sisters is good. And very good food too.

So, someone was just telling me that Goose Island was bought out by Anheuser Busch last year. Is this true? They said that there was already a noticeable drop off in quality.

 

i work for an anheuser busch wholeseller, and we recently started getting 1/6 barrels of Honker's Ale... they were in anheuser busch barrels, so i would assume what you heard is true

 

Absolutely. Best type of glass for drinking high gravity beers out of.

They were in fact bought out. However, they kept the team in tact. Similar to the magic hat sell out a while back (not to AB though)
