went to the local (usually mediocre) brewpub -- Copper Creek. They had an Oak-Aged Abbey that was very, very nice. I drank 5 of those and an Irish Stout on nitro.

Really wish the release could've been a couple weeks earlier. Our game is at 3:30 that day, and it'll be tough to go to that and get back home for the game. Praying some hits stores.

I'd highly recommend getting each of the hopsavants. It's amazing how much each differed based on the hop used. My favorite was the galaxy, while my friend liked the pacifica.

Thinking about going. Auburn plays Jacksonville State and UGA is away at Vandy. Got nothing else going on from 11:00-1:00. Tickets are $75.

 

and Aussie apparently See The Stars is brewery release only. just 600 bottles.

Yeah, i knew it was pretty limited.

 

apparently there were only 150 tickets accounting for around half of the bottles (now saying 660 total)

the rest will be available at the brewery for $30+glass for one or $60+glass for two

 

yeah i knew the big ones like ballast point, stone, coronado. have to read up on those others. i think ill be staying in el cajon but might snag a hotel down in actual san diego for a couple of nights or something

Got invited out to San Diego for this week with friends last month...wife and I had to turn it down because she's 36 weeks pregnant. Free condo and all...fock.

Trillium, Nightshift, Jack's Abby.. Trillium's tap room is probably your best bet as it's accessible by public transit. It's not a "tour" per se.

An hour, give or take. Their hours are short though, only Thursday/Friday/Saturday generally.

I did see they just put Julius cans up. Hope they last until next Saturday, since we'll be by on our way to a wedding.

 

Remember me on that trip, sweet pea. I got a Tree House glass I need to put some matching beer in.
