I've disliked a lot of players. Kazmir is on the short list though. How the fuck do you walk 7 guys and hit another in 5 2/3? Especially this shit lineup.
think we can all agree that was a pretty shitty game. i don't know what was a ball or a strike tonight
What more can be said about the guy at this point. Every year we think there is no way he can possibly perform any better, and somehow he does. Hope the front office can make the most of his tenure. Clayton Kershaw's May: 5 starts 5 wins 3 runs 3 shutouts 2 walks 55 strikeouts 42 innings
Nice to see Justin Turner perking up at the plate. A couple homers and a .300 avg over the last week.
Jesus Christ I need to get tix for this MLBVerified account @MLB 21m21 minutes ago 19-year-old Julio Urias, @MLBPipeline's No. 2 prospect, to get call, start tomorrow for LA: http://atmlb.com/1TYGCwj
Also, ryu only has 2 more rehab starts left. A kershaw, maeda, kazmir, ryu and urias with wood as a 6th starter and stripling in the pen feels much better than what we have now
Alex Wood has a 3.32 FIP and has posted a 37% K rate in the month of May. If he's healthy, he needs to be in the rotation.
If Ryu is healthy, he needs to be in the rotation. Not sure who you'd move out if Urias is successful
I feel like I missed all of the offseason discussion of Juan Nicasio going from an average reliever for the Dodgers to a starter for the Pirates.
Oh who knew??? @DodgerBlue1958: After three starts, not the best news on Hyu-Jin Ryu's rehab assignment. http://dodgerblue.com/dodgers-rumors-hyun-jin-ryu-taking-step-back-rehab-assignment/2016/05/29/ http://twitter.com/DodgerBlue1958/status/737011042979434496/photo/1
Baseball Mike Petriello @mike_petriello 28s29 seconds ago Exit velocities for Urias in two innings: 60 (single), 72 (DP), 78 (force out), 82 (single), 84 (ground out). 2-0 Cubs.
Obviously necessity but do you really think they should've waited until playing weaker teams? Sink or swim, he has to adjust to MLB talent.
