LOL stop reading stronglifts. It's for idiots. Just do Starting Strength. I upped the .mobi for you if you got the hard copy. The only draw back from these programs is that i suggest people do high bar squating. It's easier to master and imo more carryover to other lifts.

Candito released his 9 week squat program today. 3 weeks of high frequency 5x/week. Then 2 weeks of High volume reduced frequency. Then transitions to a strength block.

Had to get innovative tonight for squats. Only one power rack had any sort of attachment ability for bands, and the problem was there was just about no actual tension since I'm 5'8. Here's 225x5 (did 3 sets) with two black (100lbs each) bands. Different angle

I've had a substantial pain in my hip any time I'm at the bottom of a squat. Also hurts if my knee is bent and there is external rotation. It's been hurt for 3-5 years like that. Had a MRI a few days ago.

Havestartedback lifting foraboutthe last 6 weeks or so. For a few weeks now I've had on and off pain in my sternum, thought i had slept on it wrong. Did dips yesterday (my favorite exercise) and had to stop due to the pain and didn't want to worsen it. Feels like it's in the bone, not my pec muscle, googled and i think it is costochondritis (sp?)
My wife tore her labrum during labor. She had PRP. Made full-ish recovery. Only lasting restriction is no running, which sounds like more of a bonus to me anyways.
Happened to me several years ago. Rest was the answer. Sleeping killed for several days. Took several weeks for a full heal unfortunately, but as with all injuries, you learn and grow from it.

Starting Strength is a more legit program with more legit people that can help you without trying to profit off you. But besides that, 3x5 is better for LP than SL5x5.
Rogue is awesome. Fuck the haters. monster is unnecessarily big. 3x2 is fine. My Rogue Yoke is built like a tank. But going forward youll find more attachments for 3x3. So its sorta an investment. But either way the price i see is negligible now.
