Don't worry about winning. Develop everyone's skill on the ball, no matter how good they are to start Teach them to switch fields Work on controlling the ball tight spaces
that's what we've been doing mostly. Playing a lot of small sided games with focus on possession, reading the defense, finding open spaces, keeping the formation tight defensively, etc. Also spend roughly 50% of every practice just on dribbling and passing drills.
