We don’t have an OC. Lebby is just QB coach. I’ve always been a little uncomfortable with him and whatever part he may have had in the Baylor stuff. I don’t want him to go, but I would feel okay with it for that reason alone. He’s a good recruiter though, so that would hurt.
He was very much a big part of the Baylor shit so I won't be sad when he leaves even if he is a good recruiter.

If you're saying a joke ironically (Palin never said that, FTR) and it hits for a majority of people then what's the problem? You shouldn't be worried about other programs thoughts of you. Neither is in each other's head as much as the opposite thinks.

That’s what I mean though, do that many people read that still and think it’s that funny like they did a year ago when the joke was fresh? Or has it been used so many times over the year that it’s like a “that’s what she said” joke And yes, I realize that was actually Tina Fey prostrating Palin that said that
I mean that joke had 32 likes in a thread with like 10 people posting in it as well as 13K likes on twitter. And from some no-name journalist. And I think the timing matters, if the joke was made in April then it’d be out of place but it was made during bowl season a week or so from your own game. I can’t ever really remember seeing a joke like that outside of the first couple weeks of when you guys started your claim and maybe around when the playoff committee showed they were likely leaving you out again because of your schedule.

FWIW, I think the jokes at our expense are usually funny. I know P5 (especially SEC) fans really get a kick out of them and I’m cool with that. We know that our being obnoxious right now isn’t just because. We’re doing it for a reason. If I’m being honest, I don’t actually think we’re a top 4 team this year (last year I think we definitely were), but I think the system should allow for us to have a chance. We’ll probably lose at some point in the next season. What we’ve done is hard no matter who you are. I’m ready to be roasted mercilessly when we lose. I just hope we started a discussion that needs to be had to give schools like UCF a fighting chance at a championship.

To be fair, nothing i said in that quote was incorrect. His size does put him at a disadvantage and during the off-season the college game slowed down for him enough to turn into the greatness he is now, but at the time, after that first season, you couldn’t know for sure
