Nah, we just can't do anything right now. We can't field, we can't hit, and we're not pitching particularly well...
Does anyone else think that it's a good thing to have Connor and Dylan to make opposing defenses prepare for the zone read style offense and a traditional Spurrier offense? Those are 2 vastly different styles and I'm one of few people I've talked to who like the idea of both QBs playing.
We went into the 7th down 1-0. Error, couple of walks, HBP, sac fly and it looked like we'd get out of the inning down 2-0. Pankake fucked up a routine groundball that would have gotten us out of the inning and then Westmoreland allowed a bases-clearing hit. Game, blouses.
Jesus christ when are y'all gonna learn that you never, ever, evereverever count our baseball team out?
Thinkin about trying to go to this second game. Y'all know if any general admission tickets will be available at the box office? I assume there will be
I hear you, but in fairness, it was 7-0 going into the 8th inning. Considering how we played in the first 7 innings, I think it was fair to assume we were toast.
It's not working for the 2nd game right now. The main feed wasn't working, and whoever does it made a temporary one for the first game. Not sure what they're doing for the second.

Simultaneously happy and pissed about the first game. Happy (ecstatic) that we won, pissed off that I missed it. After Pankake pankaked that slow grounder in the 6th or 7th, I actually got up and turned off the radio. I went to take a nap expecting to wake up and find out we'd been swept today.
2 awful calls. 1 on, no outs. Sac bunt that doesn't work. Still on 1st, 1 out. Thrown out at 2nd on a steal.
