I'd be all team redshirt, but I think at this point we need to show improvement to keep this recruiting class together. If Bentley gives you the best chance at a bowl, or even improving to a more exciting offense then you burn that redshirt.
This. Has nothing to do with a bowl game. They need to show something positive from a young guy at that position for recruiting.

All he needs to do to be an improvement is hit an open receiver every now and then. That and not throw check downs on third and long.
