Future is bright with Jurgen at the helm. Looking forward to the next friendly more than ever before.
Ricardo Clark is from my hometown, and played for my local traveling team, so for that reason - I cheer for him.
From the few clips I've seen of Klinsmann talking since taking the helm I'm impressed. He seems to be saying the right things at this point.
I fucking love Klinsmann. Seeing how excited he is about this makes me more excited. What a badass you are.
Really liked Shea, Agudelo, Rogers, and Beckerman tonight. ***Beckerman and Torres played a lot better the second half, especially with the subs/formation change.
pulled it up on espn3 right after the goal. Must have done a 180 after the break. They were terrible in the 1st half.
Brek Shea and Ricardo Clark are trending on twitter worldwide but I am sure it is for different reasons.
Beckerman is a mid, not on the back line, though he seemed to be playing like a dm, his ball control looked piss poor to me and he gave away the ball way too much, I'd be interested in why you think he played well
@FakeKlinsmannKaiser von Amerika I only brought Robbie cause he used to mow my lawn in Socal & I forgot to pay him once. Thanks bud! That goal mighta turned that $5 into a 10

Beckerman was "exceptional." I would not go that far Jurgen but he was serviceable tonight especially with Jones going missing on numerous occasions. Still need to find a destroyer to sit in front of the backline.
Team Youth Team Brek Team never play Beckerman again but most of all, team Juergen for life, he is just the perfect coach for us at this point in time
Hopefully it can be Jones he has the body for it. Maybe Jurgen's German will help with the understanding of what to do out there. I would like to see Edu get the hell out of Scotland and into one of big 5 leagues.
also impressed with Orozco Fiscal, thought he did well oh and also importantly, that was the best half Landon has played for the Nats in a very long while
Yeah Landon looked really good. Jones has been so up and down for the Nats, probably didn't help he'd never played with half the guys out there tonight. Also if it wasn't obvious before tonight Bradley is a DM who can go forward, not an advanced mid.
Stole this from another board, but would you agree? "the USA actually played soccer against a World Top Ten team, not bunker and counter, not hit and hope, it was attacking soccer."
In the second half when we actually possessed the ball we did. The last 10-15 minutes was like a role reversal, US attacking non stop with Mexico just trying to hang on for the tie
For me: -I don't care if Brek Shea is young or inexperienced or whatever, he earned his spot in the lineup. Interested to see if he can do it for 90 minutes, but he was the best player on the field for the last half hour. -Buddle was bad. You can say Buddle had no opportunities, but he never got in good spots. Maybe as a late sub, but he was very meh. -Jones and Castillo were awful. Castillo gave the ball away no less than 7 times in our half, and Jones was practically nonexistent. -Didn't like Bradley's role/game tonight. He wanted to be behind the ball all night and got into crowded areas with Beckerman and Jones far too often. -Donovan was great all night. Just couldn't tell until he got some help from Shea and Juan. Ideally, would love to see this: - - - - - - - Jozy- - - - - - - - - - - -Shea- - - - -Dempsey- - - - -Landy- - - - - - - -Bradley- - - - -Edu- - - - - - - -Chandler- - -Boca- - -Goodson- - -Dolo- -
