I'm not exactly sure why Zusi is there since he was injured most of the spring/early summer. Zusi hasnt even been the best midfielder on Sporting KC this year. Benny Feilhaber > Zusi Also, i know someone who is friends with Besler and he was scratching his head/annoyed when he was left off the team. Figured it had to do with his comment on fitness to Jurgen.
I love how intently the ref stares at the spot when he calls a foul. Eh, Jozy needs the confidence boost of penalties way more than Clint.
Yeah, I won't argue with that. He needs confidence in a lot of areas. But if he can't put them in every time then I'd rather not see him even try (in a meaningful match).
Final tune-up before Gold Cup to cheer on USA on July 4th weekend. I'd be disappointed if they didn't have a great turnout
In the past, we would've needed to play this match in LA to get that type of crowd (half being Guatemalans). We haven't gotten crowds like that even for Gold Cup group stage games before. We'll be able to sell out NFL stadiums for WCQ now, though still play Mexico in Columbus and Honduras in an MLS stadium.
