    biggest crowd to see a soccer game in TN history

    this was my second time seeing the USMNT with the first being in like 2006 vs Morocco. We had just over 25,000 on hand then and people thought it was a great turnout from what I recall. This was such a diverse crowd today, the atmosphere put anything the Titans have had since 2008 to shame

    I think the terrible weather kept a lot of people away too. It poured for the better part of 3 straight days up until like 90 minutes before kickoff.

    Really hope this puts/keeps Nashville in consideration for future USSF events. Would love to see a Qualifier, Copa, or even Gold Cup match here.

    I said it before the WC and I'll say it again. Dempsey might be the most talented player in our pool, but I really don't think he fits well in the side with our other top players. I don't know how he would respond to it, but I would love to see him as a super-sub.

    I tend to agree. US played great with him off the field in Europe.

    Doesn't seem to coexist with Bradley well because Dempsey is always dropping back 40 yards to get the ball and mucking up our spacing.

    Hard to leave him off, but you can make a very good argument that the team is better without him starting.

    Best part about his game is his hair unfortunately.

    I like him, but not as #6 and not over Zardes, Bradley or Bedoya. I would play him over Yedlin at RM.

    I wonder if against the weaker sides they can get away with leaving Beckerman out for a Bedoya-Bradley midfield with Johnson and Yedlin/Zardes on the wings.

    I'm not sure anyone should play over Yedlin tbh. We're still a team that struggles to create goals at times and his world class speed can be a difference maker.

    Yedlin has World Class speed, but to me his crossing and passing are average MLS level, so the total package at this point isn't all that great. He also doesn't play RM for club, so Yedlin doesn't have a lot of experience as a RM.

    I like him better as the RB or Super-Sub personally right now.
