So the answer is more transfers? Serious question, because I don't know that much about City, but how many players do you currently have on roster from your youth system? To get a team to gel, you need to build from your system, not from transfers.
ive been a soccer fan for about 6-7 years or so but played from 1st to 10th grade i just never really decided on a team to support, as evidenced by some memorabilia that i currently have -ajax pins -barcelona scarf -united scarf (would give that one away but it was given to my by my late grandmother so yeah) -roma pins -and i think i have a couple keychains around here (arsenal, lazio, and milan)

wright-philips, onouha, ireland, richards, johnson and weiss are all from our academy we usually have a pretty good youth system, but i dont know how it will be going forward

Yeah. Building around the youth system is huge. Builds a lot of continuity and above everything else, loyalty.
i know we have been vying for a lot of really talented young players but it seems like we get beat out for 90% of them and get in trouble for the other 10% the academy won the youth fa cup last year and got 2nd a couple years back so we arent hurting atm as far as i can see
Gotta scout them shits before they know any better. Shit, Cruyff brought in Messi when he was 12. Iniesta, 12. Xavi, 11. Bojan, 9. It also helps that the Catalan region has so much talent, though.

yeah barca definitely hit the goldmine there i know we are definitely going more international for these kids nowadays. id prefer that we would discover more english talent because i dont want us to be like chelsea and have only a couple englishmen on the squad

interesting to see the swap between FSC/ESPN in regards to EPL/CL and how much of the games are in HD, neither were in HD before, but hey both switched are both are now somewhat good with having it in HD.
