    buffalo wild wings: asian zing
    wild wing cafe: gold rush
    wings over: citrus chipotle bbq
  10. Hoss Bonaventure

Hoss Bonaventure Not too hard; not too soft.

I had Dr Pepper wings at Bikinis. They were really good. Kind of like a terriakyi type of flavor. I like the Asian zing ones from BWW as well.

At Wild Wing, Carolina Fireball or Habanero Hots. In general, the hot ones.

Edit: And while the wings at BWW blow, the Mango Habanero sauce is tits.

And if you're ever in Columbia, SC, the spicy parm wings at D's Wings in Cayce are the fucking shit.

Sriracha + honey + dry ranch packet (ratios aren't set in stone and will vary depending on who you're serving and their tolerance for spicy foods). If I'm not using this recipe, my standard has always been Frank's Hot Sauce + butter + a little Italian dressing powder.

    4 pounds chicken drumettes
2 cups Frank’s hot sauce, divided
    ½ cup butter
    Bleu cheese dressing
    Ranch dressing
    Celery sticks

Put chicken pieces in a plastic bag. Pour 1 cup of hot sauce over wing and toss to coat. Seal bag and let marinate for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with foil and set rack inside. Place chicken pieces on rack and discard marinade. Bake for 30 minutes. Flip wings and cook 15-20 minutes longer, until chicken is crispy.

Meanwhile, combine butter and hot sauce in small saucepan and cook over medium heat, whisking until combined. Transfer wings to large bowl, add sauce, toss to thoroughly coat, and serve immediately with blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks.[IMG]1 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard
    1 Tbsp cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    3 lb chicken drumettes
    add sriracha sauce to taste

Preheat oven to 450. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire, mustard, vinegar and pepper. Toss chicken drumettes in half of the BBQ sauce. Set aside remaining half of the bbq sauce for tossing cooked chicken.

Place chicken on foil lined pan and bake for 35 minutes, turning halfway though the cooking time. Toss baked drumettes in remaining BBQ sauce and serve with ranch or bleu cheese, if desired.

if you are in spartanburg, sc go to T-N-T hot wings, or Paradise lanes(beyond legit for a bowling alley)

if you are in statesville, nc go to Pfifer's Hot Wings & BBQ. they really don't have any flavors offerings, but the regular will make your face burn. delicious.

Taco Mac has the biggest and tasties wings in town IMO. Jabenero BBQ from there are a little spicier than I usually like but they are the GOAT chicken wing i think. Only thing about Taco Mac is that there ranch dressing is "homemade" and sucks ass.

hot garlic normally. the best wings here are these "special grilled" ones from a local chain called sports grill. they fry them and then toss them in hot sauce and worcestershire sauce and then give them a char on the grill. so unbelievably good.
