First inning, Wong makes that diving catch. Couple looks at each other and wonders who is in CF, other Cards fan informs them it's Wong. "Wait, he's in the minors" "No, he's in CF, his name is on the scoreboard". Wong comes up to the plate, woman is screaming her head off "Goooo Kolten, I love Kolten, he's so good." She went from not knowing who he is to having a new favorite player. Every time someone came up to bat, same shit. Goooo _______ (insert first name) followed by a loud scream. There was also a ton of screaming after Strike 1 calls. Best Fans in Baseball!!

I know the Hosmer RF experiment was a disaster but I think I'd rather see him running down fly balls than Morales.

 

In ST we had Hos work out there for inter league games and words was that he was decent.

 

Rusty and Yost have been hyping Morales in RF since around this time last year. Hosmer was awful in right. If we're married to playing both, might as well have Morales be awful in right and keep Hosmer at first.
