Africa has never had more than 1 team in the same WC advance to the KO stages. With the exception of Ghana and Senegal's flukish run in '02, Africa pretty much always shits the bed at the WC. The Olympics are even worse. Asia and Africa both get 3 spots, and the 4th place teams face each other in a playoff to advance. So one of those regions gets 1 that same amount of spot as Europe, and South America only gets 2 Olympic spots (Brazil, Uruguay).

I'd like to see Belgium make it out of group A, but I'm not sure they have the experience to do it yet. Netherlands has a cake walk. Group E is a toss up if there ever was one. England also has a cake walk.

For England, if they have to go to Ukraine and/or Poland during the cold months, that's not a lot of fun. They also have tied Montenegro at Wembley for Euro 2012 qualifying and are currently both tied atop Group G with 3 games left, they play at Montenegro on 10/7.
