I'm about to start playing non-FIFA games again. I wish Farming Simulator was cheaper so I could get on there and just fucking ruin shit. If someone wants to send me a Smite invite, I'll take it
Getting back on Smite if anyone wants to party up let me know. RWisoursavior me, and a friend of mine dominated for awhile
The 1TB xbox was announced. Does anyone think there will be any trade-in or upgrade deals for current owners?
I may just do that, but if I could trade up for a reasonable price, I'd do it. My day one xbox crashes about once a week.
I probably hard reset once a week....the Xbox seems to work fine all other times. Whats the difference?
Fixing the shitty headset port. http://www.ign.com/articles/2015/05/28/new-xbox-one-controller-coming-in-june
Me too, but I'd pay $100 to not have to do it if I could. The new controller eliminates the need for a headset adapter and will update wirelessly. I think the bumpers had a slight accuracy improvement as well.
Got a couple more Smite codes if anyone wants them. Also, if you are a Rainbow 6 fan, go to the website for Siege and sign up for the closed Beta. They are apparently gonna give out a couple codes to people who don't preorder the game (people who preorder get access iirc)
Haven't played a FIFA game since like '94 on Sega Genesis. I'm seriously addicted to this game. Is there like a support group or something?
I wouldn't use anything that article says. Guy doesn't have his facts right. The drive he selected as the best external is NOT 7200RPM as he says it is. It's 5900RPM. I know because I made sure to buy a 7200RPM external when I got mine last year. Takes about 5 minutes of research to figure out what drives are used in these MyBook's and that writer didn't think it was worth it. That said, I don't think a 7200RPM drive gives you much of a boost. The USB3.0 is definitely what's doing it (which the author doesn't know because he doesn't even know how many RPM's his drive is) as there are people who have tested 5400RPM externals vs. the 5400RPM internal and seen load times decrease with the external so it has to be the USB3.0. TL;DR - get the biggest drive you can get for as little money as possible. 5TB for $133 sounds very good.

Backwards compatibility is huge and was probably quite an undertaking for them to achieve so that was a very pleasant surprise. They may have put companies like Scuf out of business with this new controller...
Obviously just a placeholder release date for the Elite controller but they do have it marked at $90CAD. http://www.amazon.ca/Elite-Xbox-One...qid=1434390166&sr=8-1&keywords=xbox+one+elite Even if they're $90 USD that's a hell of a bargain compared to what Scuf has been charging and then having MS build quaility/customer support vs. the garbage Scuf churns out and their awful customer support...
They said right away for Preview members....I'm a preview member and I'm having trouble figuring it out. I believe they said your downloaded games should start populating your XB1 library. I'm doing a hard reset and will figure it out from there
In regards to backwards compatibility I know they are only allowing certain games but I am praying for NCAA 14. Realize it would be an issue with all the legality and such but fuck that would be awesome
