roberto 345Junior ↑ Twitter rumor that he committed? Haven't seen anything from CU Buffs twitter confirming. Click to expand... Is this kid a "gang banger?" Also, don't like his "me" attitude. I wouldn't want this kid on my team. He could have attitude problems. 12 56 minutes ago CornfedBuffaloHall-of-Famer ↑ Are you "****ing stupid"? 13 4 minutes ago
Mizzou's rivals editor doesn't allow posting premium content from competing recruiting websites because it's seen as stealing their info, and also, they're competitors. This has led to about half the board believing posting any articles at all from ESPN is taboo, and as a result, they only refer to ESPN as "The Four Letter." Because like Voldemort, you must not mention the name.
Posted by wtx the showband of the southwest: {THE BAND OF TEXAS} why is it constantly being ignored? the TEXAS LHB, is also known as the SHOWBAND OF THE SOUTHWEST! therefore, why oh why, do so many of our fandom, along with university officials, seem to treat it like austin's cinderella? this band is YOUR LONGHORN BAND. there were times in past decades, that it was the absolute best in the nation. 1986, the LHB was hereby awarded the LOUIS SUDLER TROPHY, as the most prestigious collegiate band in the nation. this group has marching / performed in super bowls, many many national / international parades and so forth. just so very many honors, accolades, awards, and magnificent memories. i shall never ever forget their brilliant performances throughout the week in southern california, during the week of the 2005 MNC. i was honored to be at that particular game, and i was simply awestruck at the band itself. i shall never forget it. the fighting aggie band aTm, harbors a completely different marching / performing format and style. oftentimes, this particular college station band reminds one of the HITLER YOUTH, during the day's of adolph's reign. however, no matter what they remind us of... they are indeed magnificent! aTm, band comprises of over 400+ members, making them a bit larger than the TEXAS LHB. their uniforms, always seem to be perfect and well appointed, as per their marching style. on the other hand, the LHB's uniforms, often times appear to be worn, ragged, ill fitting for some of it's members, and just totally outdated as per these modern times. the LHB, is a corp style marching band. therefore, there is simply no reason that their uniforms / resources shouldn't be updated every few years, upon the likes of alabama, notre dame, michigan, clemson, etc.. it just seems at times, that other D1 institutions are much more committed / devoted to their respective marching bands than TEXAS. i want this LHB {SHOWBAND OF THE SOUTHWEST} brought back to the forefront. I want them to harbor the very best collegiate band uniforms throughout this nation. i want this band to once again be seated along the sidelines, the way that they used to be, during the times of it's heyday. i want the LHB to grow it's membership to 400+, along the lines of aTm, alabama, and so forth. the TEXAS LHB, should never ever be smaller than the band at college station. i want the LHB, to be treated with the honor and respect that it should be. they should never be taken for granted, or disrespected. trust me, this can be done. remember how cinderella ended up....
Looks like that thread is now deleted. Damn. I'll post some more J-Eagle posts when I'm at a computer (later tonight).

He's back roberto 345 Junior I was in the Atlanta area. It surprised me to see so many huge (tall and overweight) people there, but there were also many stud folks as well! I also felt like a minority as it seemed like blacks outnumbered whites wherever I went. One of the things quite evident was the courtesy, respect, and friendliness extended to me by whomever I met. Most of the younger black kids addressed me as "sir" and were eager to talk to me about Colorado. Many of them thought there was still cold and snow in Denver. Funny thing when I flew direct Denver to Atlanta, many of the black folks on the plane were wearing winter coats even though Denver has been warm. Perceptions of a place go a long way. Anyhow, I'm reporting on my experience because we are about to get a few good athletes from this area. When I used to coach and I got some Texas kids, they were the most respectful kids I had to work with. These Georgia folks are similar. I think our coaches will enjoy coaching these kids and look forward to getting as many as they can.
You think we're going to keep a coach who has presided over this disaster because we could possibly get a player for one season (who is only considering Mizzou because of where his lives and because his father and siblings work at/attend the university)? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kim hasn't done terrible on the recruiting trail establishing depth and talent. Yea, he had a crappy first year, we expected a better year but I think we all knew that it was going to be a difficult year. If you add MP to the base group that has been established and we bring in a couple good recruits next year (Cook and 1 more) I don't see any reason why we wouldn't have a good to great team for the year that MP is here. That is what the administration will look at, not the fact that Anderson had the year he did considering what he was left with. What if we win 12-15 games this year and 16-20 games the following year. Add MP to that for Gant and Wright's senior season and you're looking at a 25-30 win team with the foundation that has been established. CEO's and organizational leaders have been studied and the most effective fortune 500 CEO's look 10-20 years in the future. Adjust that to sports and you're talking about a 3-5 year minimum with a 10 year vision. I know that's tough to grasp and many would rather look at the past and one year into the future but no successful team or enterprise is built that way. For examples of what that does see our previous 3 coaches which culminated in the year we had last year. Anderson kept things from imploding when he got here. He's taken the baby steps to build a foundation and is working towards taking strides that turn into leaps. It's a process. It also took HCGP a few years to turn around the football team and is still improving and building. None of these things happen over night.
Always aiming for drama and the storyline are the journalists... patience 10,000 years of torment takes its collective toll on the psyche the unconscious mind is fully evolved and capable of great power The conscious mind is primitive and weak No one believes me because subliminal advertising is an intense force of nature Gabe, who is not a bad man, is a very confused man with googly eyes and a plastic index finger, obviously, based on the fact that he intentionally writes with the worst kind of mind that there is I loved what I saw today, from the first play of the game, our freshman were diving around making plays Then we got into foul trouble And the refs took total control of the game If you want to blame anyone for some "historically bad" seasons, which to me, were the twenty win teams that failed in round one of the nit because they had matured talent but they did not win when it mattered, then consider that each word has a different meaning to someone and that bad and good are relative contructs of the individual This team is not devoid of talent and heart These kids are just kids, our best players are freshmen thrown into the fire We have no inside presence The way the game is played today you must have multiple bigs with size and athletic ability It favors the rich teams The rich just keep getting richer Unless you work harder than everyone else and have patience we have players like Cullen VanLeer and Terrance Phillips because of coach A Going to the game, they brought me the most excitement We may not of won, and luck was not on our side, but I had a great time Losing sucked, bad, I mean I was "frustrated" I drummed awake in the dream better than I ever have before when I got home Probably because I was so angry about all the injustice in the world that gabe and his kind are not permitted to speak about Imagine if gabe, a lousy journalist amid an ocean of chaos, who is a real joke of a man, taking himself seriously, could play a musical instrument There would be more peace in the board This place is a war zone every day all day and night every year What we have become is becoming real Gabe is still hiding in delusions, hahaha, sold out to make a "living" I cried on the way to the game Not on the way home I did not camp because I miss my dad Going places and doing stuff alone in a world that wants you to die takes courage No one talks about #lonersrights We are social animals driven to devour ourselves in falsification communication dreamed to be real If you do not have access to the unconscious mind you are useless to me, sorry, I pay and play for the insiders i want to see more players have good games My physicality alone could help this team right now They are weak, and their confidence is lacking, no thanks to gabe I will still support them because although the officials are ruining the beautiful game of basketball, they still play with the love of it The result is not why i love I love for no reason Unconditional love is the most irrational thing there is and also the most powerful I blame this on gabe, and gabe alone Sure hope they have more fun playing Wednesday
it would be fun to cover this team if you were me And you were free But neither of those are true, so it's no fun for you Some guys quit, yeah, they had a bad day Happens to me all the time when I fail to make music that is pleasing to my ear I'm going to hope to see them grow and win the next time out though And I will leave the football team before I leave this basketball team If I'm driving four hours, you know full well that I'm going to stay the entire forty minutes
Because staying at a college for 4 years definitely assures they won't be raping or beating up anyone....
this guy writes thousand-word plus posts about evolution/global warming lies, conspiracy theories, tyrannical government (jade helm), etc (his user name is, of course, Patriot Raider). basically ruins every topic he gets involved with this was an especially amusing paragraph in one of his novels:
somebody should let this guy know that the only people who care about the marching band are big ten fans HTH
Whoa bro, how dare you insinuate people arent coming out in droves to get a mere glimpse of the Goin' Band from Raiderland
