There's always going to be the threat of Rafa being offered a job he doesn't deserve so i'd always be paranoid about that if I were a Newcastle fan.
No doubt. Some think that a big reason he chose this is because it's close to where his family is(Northwest England), and he sees this as a great project. We will see, we're paying him good money, so whoever would sign him would have to throw stupid money
Someone like Zenit St. Petersburg seems like the exact type of club that would do that. Damn you Putin and your infinity Rubles.
Peter Lim ought to let one of the other class of 92 (aka his besties) have a crack at the job. Have any of you seen the Salford City documentary the BBC did? It's so painfully evident that Lim is a big time Jock sniffer.
This is getting so overhyped. He sure did a great job keeping you up. Not saying it's a bad move but I don't think he's the saviour a lot of fans are making him out to be.
it's a fuck lot better than them having to find someone else. some stability will probably do them well.
Lol. McClaren Carver Pardew Chris Hughton I'll go ahead and hype the fuck out of keeping Rafa, especially since we're in the Championship and he was managing Madrid a year ago
Swansea sold Eder to Lille and are being linked with John Guidetti and Bryan Dabo. Guidetti is somewhat enticing but neither are really where I want transfer dollars to go.
I dont know anything about him, but I will keep the midfield of Pjanic, Nainggolan, a healthy Strootman, De Rossi, Paredes back from loan, and Co and pass on all midfielders.
Nainggolan been linked a ton to Chelsea but we will probably fuck it up and then overpay for someone worse late in the window
fuck it up? Lol Radja isn't leaving unless he is told to go. Which I guess may be possible with the logjam at midfield Roma could have next year if Strootman stays healthy and with Paredes and Gerson returning from loan.
The good news is he doesn't have knees anymore that he can fuck up. The true definition of a boss. In his 2nd start back from basically 2 years off he destroyed Milan's midfield and in his 3rd start he is captaining the Dutch.
Holland has never really been blessed with that many suitable options to be captain. Without Strootman they really don't have anyone that seems like a natural captain. It's probably why they're so notorious for getting along so poorly.
Just pointing out after 2 years of not playing and only 2 starts for Roma that his national team have made him captain in his first game back. I wish I could find the stat of Roma's win % when he starts because it is ridiculous. If Roma can be guaranteed that he can spend the next year injury free maybe selling Radja makes sense, but that is far from a guarantee and more of a reason not to sell him. I also found the "if Chelsea want him and dont fuck it up" portion of that post retarded when the guy is clearly happy in Rome and Chelsea just finished like 10th. The guy is 28 and has had like 2 years of CL football.
Out of nowhere but that's how our transfers typically start. English journos get fed shit and all their talk is about us buying a CB.
The Swiss duo with very unSwiss sounding last names will easily surpass Dier and Alli as the Premier Leagues top bromance.
