Picked up my 3rd Ram so far in life last week. Finally back in a real truck after being in Cad EXT limbo Spoiler
The only sticker I've put on any vehicle in the last 20 years is an in-joke among my friends, referencing the movie "Waiting"
It's the Backcountry.com logo. They send you a goat sticker whenever you place an order (great site btw). But "the goat" from the movie Waiting was something uhhhh else.
I used to play on a semi-pro paintball team. On a roadtrip for a tourney, half the team was in one rental car and the other half of the team was in the other. Rear windows only rolled down 2/3 of the way so with my bare ass crammed through like a pressed ham, the tinted window served as an excellent backdrop for my junk as we passed them. They all looked, so at the next stop I called them all faggots and delivered 3 swift ass kicks to each. good clean fun
My Dad insists that they be called "pickups" not "trucks" as well, he would appreciate the cut of your jib not me though I think you're a faggot
Just another upset Oregon State poster jealous we plucked Coach Grandpa out of the Pacific NW. I've seen it 100 times. Now can we get back to the topic at hand about how awful Freightliner trucks are?
Seems all my buddies that have F-150s and F-250s have the most problems. Know lots of folks who have Tundras with over 200k miles and very little to no problems. So I bought a 2016 Tundra. Love it
Google tells me you are incorrect sir truck1 trək/ noun 1. a large, heavy motor vehicle used for transporting goods, materials, or troops. synonyms:rig, eighteen-wheeler, transport, transport truck, tractor-trailer, flatbed; pickup, pickup truck, van, moving van; lorry "a heavily laden truck" BRITISH a railroad vehicle for carrying freight, especially a small open one. a low flat-topped cart used for moving heavy items. 2. an undercarriage with four to six wheels pivoted beneath the end of a railroad car. each of two axle units on a skateboard, to which the wheels are attached. 3. a wooden disk at the top of a ship's mast or flagstaff, with sheaves for signal halyards.
you got me all wrong. I love Nebraska and Coach Riley both - Coach left because the AD wasn't willing to invest in the program. Watching Nebraska was the only time I got to cheer while watching college football last season. but you shut your filthy whore mouth about Freightliner
imo either is accurate but truck is not incorrect vernacular. A pickup is a truck but not all trucks are pickups.
short trips are really bad for diesel, for sure. My commute is 20 miles round trip and it's only *barely* enough to get it fully up to temp for a couple miles. It's pretty silly to DD something this big and heavy any longer than absolutely necessary. My intention is to relegate it to 3rd vehicle status in the next year or two and buy another DD.. and maybe get one of my two non-operational vehicles road-worthy too.
I had never owned a truck before six months ago when I bought a 1997 F-150 with 224k miles on it from my dad for $2000 I thought I would use it for manly stuff around my house when I needed it. Instead it has become my favorite car I will buy a new F-150 when I take a position that doesn't have a company car
Maybe Shock Linwood can get you in where his wife works. This will enable you to buy that new F-150 and you'll get a company cellphone.
A few months ago I began saving in earnest for a Tacoma. I really want a bed cover That something you generally get separately or from the dealer?
Both, but I'd get the dealer to put it on there. If you finance a portion, you can roll it into the total.
The tractor has 10. If you're going to be a hardon about it, it's not a "truck" until the tractor unit is attached to the semi trailer.
