Watched Part 1 last night. Well written/acted. I'm starting to wonder about the gate to her rooftop or backyard being open.
Listened to a pop culture pod today and they had nothing but good things to say about it. Excited to get around to it this week.
He was going to be in this show before he passed. He was part of the team that pitched it and got it green lighted. Idk if he's given credit due to legal reasons or just in observance, but that's why his name is attached to this show.
Wait was that him? Srs it's late. Guy acted like him Edit: nvm googled. Guess it's been a while since I watched the wire. Or smoke too much. Both
Think that's correct for all platforms. Want to say they've done the same thing for 2 other shows as well. 2 week money grab for HBOGo before the pilot airs then it's standard Sunday episodes Watched it again with a few other people Friday. Hearse driver or the psychotic stare guy with Bodie could have something to do with the murder and the previously mentioned cat door definitely was open for entry Assuming they'll do a toxicology report at some point to tell us what he took exactly. Would guess it was X
Just watched it, big fan. Can't wait for the second episode to air. Will rewatch the first one on Sunday night.
real question for this type of show... does this thread go the entire season without a True Detective S1 girls playing with dolls tier debate
Just watched the first episode and thought it was great. Will be interesting to see if the lawyer can get him out of this given that everything is stacked against him.
Spoiler was laughing pretty hard after the dude kept making mistake after mistake and just exponentially screwing himself as the show progressed. as for what happened, my money is on the dude bodie was with that night being the murder. at the police station, the detective asked bodie if he was alone when he saw the two of them and bodie said he was walking by himself. either that or it's someone/a group we don't know yet that she got in trouble with, and she knew she was probably going to die that night. to me she seemed to have an impending doom type vibe to me.
Spoiler The police already broke the chain of evidence with something. That could also be important to getting him free. Obviously all the facts look like he did it except the minimal amount of blood on him.
Girl was super into Aliens I also liked her drinking 1800. Though, I'm concerned about her dropping lime wedges into shot glasses, as that can be a choking hazard
Can't really blame him for banging her. Now stabbing her in the hand is a completely different story. Currently I don't think he did it because of the amount of blood that was covering that bedroom. He also woke up wearing just his under clothes. He would need to shower and then pass out in the kitchen.
Evidence (clothes and knife) will be thrown out. So that might also get the fact that he went back to "cover up" the crime thrown out too. I think the killer is Brody's boy who stared down Naz right before he went into the apartment.
Enjoyed it but man if you're going to be that dumb you deserve to be arrested for murder. You would not be able to get me to shut the fuck up about what really happened/clearing my name.
Also like every episode of Law and Order the detectives job is mostly done once the arrest is made, and the detective looked pretty nonchalant during the arrest until seeing the scratches on his back. Looked like the detective knows those scratches suggest Nas wasn't necessarily lying.
