Just finished the series and this thread. I can't believe some of you are swooning over Ms. Wagner. Over 30 with acne and braces is not something I'm into. Her body looks alright, but that face needs a bag. She does genuinely care for those kids though, and her job is beyond difficult. I'd have washed my hands with several of those kids about 3 weeks into the semester. She has more patience than I ever will.
I thought her face and hair were good. You could tell once she wasnt dressed up that she had one of those soft/sloppy bodies. No doubt she has cleaned more Lion pipe than roto rooter.
This is rich coming from a pile of virgin slop that has avoided posting a picture of themself at every turn.
I'm not going to say I wouldn't hit it. Given the fact that this CC is in the middle of nowhere. It shouldn't be that difficult to get some backwoods/community college pussy.
I'm still curious who JF3 got caught sleeping with and what his current GF said about that whole conversation with the acad advisor.
Fuck, I dont know man. One of the threads where the Left was saying I never served. I posted a picture of myself taking a shit on deployment. Whats your damage?
He claims to have turned down sec and D-1 schools as an assistant so I can't imagine it's too terrible of a salary if that's true
I'd guess the HC is right at or a little under $100k, I only think he's paid that well cause of how nice their facilities are and how much money they spend on gear for the players. I've got a buddy that was a JC position coach in Kansas and he only made $10 grand a year but didn't have a rent payment because he lived in the dorms and was basically an RA, would get like 1 free meal a day in the cafeteria and 2 on the weekends. I wouldn't want that life but I've heard of small college coaches that didn't even have that good of a deal. Have heard from another guy that even when jobs like the position coach above is listed, the school will still get 500 applications for the spot.
From the way I understand it, unless you're a former superstar there's tons and tons of luck involved in working your way up from those jobs to even position coaches at a big time school.
In Texas and California, possibly in Florida (not counting IMG), but I doubt hs coaches in Mississippi make over $100k. I wonder how much the Academic Advisor makes. The same job at UMass in the football program only pays $15/hr. Her job involves more certainly, but it makes you wonder. Especially if you factor in the cost of living between the states.
I feel like they have to pay them something resembling a living wage since they are responsible for information where fraud could be introduced. If $50 would be a big deal to that lady and it was the difference between a C and going D1 and an F and not going D1, im sure some player would give it to her
The top football and baseball HS coaches make over $100k in MS. Basketball might also but I don't keep up with it.
Texas is insane. The coach at my high school was making north of 100 and then after a couple state titles peaced out for another district and makes like $140k now
HCs in FL public schools don't make much. Pretty much a bonus of a few grand on top of their teacher salary (assuming they're employees of the school system). Underpaid for the time they put in, imo, but you don't coach football unless you love it.
She told one of the players she didn't make "a band or two a week." My guess is she probably makes somewhere in the $40s.
Someone not on mobile, see if you can find his salary here: http://www.eastms.edu/about/policies-notifications/Documents/2017-EMCC-budget-request.pdf
Honestly forgot about the booster aspect. They can, but the program itself has to be a monster in terms of income and I can't imagine most public schools having that kind of support to make it work. Are there exceptions? Sure, and they're the schools are are consistent and stable. I have no idea how private programs work, but I would assume they can write their own rules. For example, I imagine Chris Weinke made very good money at IMG.
I think the coaches in rural areas where hs football is all they have on Friday nights do pretty well, thinking of places like Niceville. Pretty sure Weiner at Plant doesn't get much beyond the coaching stipend even in a wealthy area like South Tampa.
Yeah, I'm in Florida now. At a private school, but moving to public next year to get my certification. After that, I'm going straight up to GA. My dad made more as an assistant in GA than he did as a head coach in FL. As a head coach now I'm pretty sure he's doubled his salary from his FL days.
Everything is better in GA, too. The week starts on Friday, and each kid gets 6 qtrs a week to play. If you're blowing a team out, you can throw your jv and freshman kids in 3rd and 4th qtr, and still allow them to play in the next jv game. Facilities are better, on average. You can choose not to do spring ball, which allows you to add another scrimmage game in the fall. The only thing I wish GA would go back to was having the semifinals in the GA dome, and state championships at the higher seeds home field. Something about going to a state championship game at a high school. Hell of an atmosphere.
Watching Undefeated. Love the HC, seems like a great guy. Just googled OC Brown and was sad when I saw some of the linked results.
Finished Last Chance U last night. The coach is a piece of shit, and John Franklin is a turd who's going to suck at Auburn.
The way Franklin acted you would have thought he was some 5 star that killed it at FSU not some 3 star who was turrible and never saw the field Honestly how cocky he was made he root for the short white guy at QB
The coach pretending he called those timeouts right before halftime to help Franklin was embarrassingly bad
The ONLY thing Franklin has is elite speed. Maybe he learns to throw adequately, but I doubt it. He needs to be a receiver or db probably.
He would have been way better off saying they punched one of our managers so we were gonna run it up. That whole pregame interaction was pretty glossed over.
I don't really think he acted that bad. The fact is that every guy that was attending EMCC was there to promote themselves (not the team). I'm sure Buddy & the OC (forgot his name) sold him on putting up big numbers there. The fact is that Franklin doesn't fit that offensive system at all.
The underlying problem with Franklin's ability is he doesn't throw it well enough to fit any offensive system.
I enjoyed him talking about how badly he was crush the other team before he got the start in what game 2? Then shit the bed completely and was yanked Like one of those fighters talking a bunch then being knocked out 10 secs into a fight
He'd be okay for Georgia Tech or a Service Academy, but I doubt he could learn to effectively run the Triple Option.
