wasn't just the fumble he was missing passes too and the offense wasn't doing anything with him running it
I don't know if the documentary is doing it on purpose, but I'm on episode 5 and all I can think is JF3 is pretty bad. don't know how auburn offered him.
Only time I can remember seeing Isiah Jones was in the shot where they were playing video games in episode 1 or 2 thought he was a beast out of HS shocking to me he really wasnt shown on the show at all even during the games
The only reason FSU even recruited him was because they thought it was going to land them Alex Collins. He made Treon look good at QB in HS.
yeah that was obvious and then jimbo shown him the door as soon as he could to use that scholly "some people thought I should have stayed at FSU.." lol who?
I was sitting in that end zone at that moment, which is miami's student section. he scored that exactly with 3:05 left in the game and threw up the 305. the mad was unparalled.
Jimbo tried to move him to WR pretty early in his career and he insisted he was a QB which is how he ended up at EMCC
Mississippi is the ONLY state where I can't find a good public employee salary database. Pretty much every other states either puts it on a .gov site or some newspaper publishes it.
I'm sure his family wanted him to stay at fsu because they thought no other school would be dumb enough to offer him a free education to play football.
They were all talking about how quick that northwestern RB was so I googled him to see where he ended up Saw he's at WVU and realized Dana has really made me not care at all anymore
How bad did the coach want to go full DBL during the thug speech. I'm surprised he didn't let at least one n bomb slip
I get not liking Buddy, he's definitely an asshole, but if you don't like him you wouldn't like the vast majority of college coaches I've met. Shit, the whole WVU staff is basically like that. Sorry devine The only exception I would say was the Va Tech staff under Beamer. They seemed like legit good guys and professionals. Also, every coach talks shit about injured players. I mean, every single one.
Yeah, they help. In Georgia for instance, at a lot of the large public schools, private schools, and even smaller schools where football is king, head coaches make good money. The coaches are paid the bulk of their salary to teach (whatever that may be). Often times head coaches are given half-day ISS or weight training or something with little to no heavy lifting. Then the booster clubs, who charge out the ass to kids to play, are able to pay coaches on top. Not to mention, at my home high school, the booster club also pays for the head coach's car and, I've also heard, cell phone. It's a nice gig if you can get it. To add to the facilities discussion: In Fulton County, Georgia (one of the larger, well-paying districts in the region), the county gave schools the option of having the county pay for a football-specific field house or new field turf. Some schools already had field houses, so they chose the turf and vice versa.
Yeah I don't see Garden City having a ref try to fight the HC or a brawl at midfield. GC not nearly as high profile as EMCC but I've got 2 former players that just got there this month
Barrett Salleeā @BarrettSallee EMCC HC Buddy Stephens tells me and @KegsnEggs that "Last Chance U" has been green-lit for Season 2. Former FSU QB De'Andre Johnson is thereAug 13, 2016, 9:35 AM
I mean...to be fair, I believe he said they were acting "like" street thugs. Didn't say they WERE street thugs. That's always a classic counter, right?
if you didn't like john franklin, just imagine how much everyone will love an fsu castaway who cold cocked a female in the face.
