Favorite play is Miss State -6.5. Betters are going to line up to back Scar after beating Vandy and fade MSU coming off that loss to South Alabama. That was a look ahead spot, coupled with betters backing a road dog (playing in a back to back road game). Bulldogs will look a lot better this week and should win by DD.

Added Tulsa +28.5*** look ahead for ohio st at OU next week. inflated ohio st score v BG last week. on the contrary tulsa could have beat san jose st (not a awful team) by 60 last week if they didn't run the ball all 2H. tulsa runs up tempo offense. i think they were first last year in offensive snaps per game last year. very balanced attack, which will help with time of possession. i figured the line would be -23.5. i think Tulsa keeps the game within 20.
Oregon -24.5 seems like a really solid play IMO OL was really young in game one and should be healthy against Virginia and we had two separate special teams turnovers on returns that led to points for UCD. Virginia lost to FCS Richmond by three scores. And Virginia, east coast team, has to travel west and play late at night - 7:30 PST, kickoff at 10:30 EST Virginia time. Throw in the pace, a healthy/more experienced OL, and a QB/OC not playing their first game and I have to think we win by 4+ scores.
Obviously Duke isn't tested... but man I'm looking to fade Wake and BC all season when they are favorites. Obviously not a favorite here but I think Cutcliffe will throw it around enough, even with a new qb to get a 6-7 point win. Think Cutcliffe will coach circles around Clawson as well. I don't know if Wake can score 14 points.. and I think Duke can get to 24+.
BC and uf both being 17 point favorites is kinda bananas considering both of those teams feature offenses that are going to have to really fight to score 17 points total.

I'm big on Ohio this week. Offense put up some big numbers last week, and that should continue against Kansas. And while it's a new season, this is the same Kansas team that's only won 10 games in the last five years. I'm thinking 34-20 Ohio.
it was a bad comparison. that number seems too low. i think wake is the play, but i ain't touching it. florida number seems too high if only looking at the dreadful first game. if you take out the 1st game results, FLA is favored by minimum 21. i think FLA rolls.
