Georgia's really competing with this scrappy Vandy team. Impressed with their resiliency. Future looks bright for the dawgs
A lot of people don't know this, but every single good head coach was fucking incredible his first year.
Lost the 2 games they probably should have with a TF qb. And have won every game they should have (although vs usce and vandy they have looked terrible) UF game is where Kirby will get a pass/fail in year 1 imo (assuming they pull this one out)
1) should HAVE 2) also Nicholls State, though they do have the best DL we'll face according to Jon Stinchcomb.
I remember threads like these from AU fans in 2007 in reference to Saban. Louisiana Monroe day is funny to look back at.
I don't think there's any way Eason wouldn't be the Heisman front runner if Mark Richt was coaching him. He's got Brad Kaya coached up to the likely #1 overall pick, so I gotta imagine a Heisman for Eason and National Championship for Georgia this year, easy.
It's really too bad that known horrible coach James Franklin left Vanderbilt in shambles when he left. Otherwise, who knows where Mason would have them by now. They'd at least be the premier program in the state if Tennessee (which admittedly isn't hard to do).
he completely whiffed on the block that woulda gotten the first too which is funny bc if you run that exact play with chubb as a running back (his actual position) and a real fullback in, you get the first
i know i was saying chubb needed to get the ball but i would have been fine with that call too. passing game looked good just got too cute
That was just shit talk we all knew Saban could coach after his time at LSU. Kirby hasn't accomplished shit yet.
