The market for defensive line/pass rushers just isn't stellar this offseason. Here's a list of some standout UFA's, followed by age: Calais Campbell - 30 Jason Pierre-Paul - 28 Jabaal Sheard - 27 Dion Jordan - 26 Melvin Ingram - 27 Nick Fairley - 28 Dontari Poe - 26 Chandler Jones - 26 Kawann Short - 27 Damontre Moore - 24 Akeem Spence - 25 Personally I would go after Melvin Ingram at 27, but again this is why I'm not running an NFL team.
Falcons/Patriots in the Super Bowl. So awful. Literally the worst possible matchup. I'm rooting for the Pats, but not happy about it.
I hope the Falcons lose 49-2.... and Matt Ryan plays like absolute dog shit. I want him to crumble... if they pull him for the backup I will go to sleep happy.
DREW BREES CONSIDERING POLITICAL CAREER Peyton Manning might not be the only superstar NFL quarterback in Washington ... Drew Brees tells TMZ Sports he's also open to the idea of running for office after he hangs up the cleats. The 38-year-old QB is like a living God in New Orleans and is incredibly involved in the community -- so, when we saw him at LAX, we asked if he'd thought about politics after his days with the Saints are over. "It won't be the first thing I do, but I'm not gonna rule it out," Brees told us. http://www.tmz.com/2017/01/31/drew-brees-politics-sean-payton-matt-ryan/
If Atlanta wins, they'll jump the Saints in terms of franchise accomplishments. And fucking Matt Ryan would be on the same level as Brees (assuming he wins MVP). This is a dire situation.
I mean, do you really think the Falcons are not going to choke their guts out? It's an Atlanta sports team. Would love to see them ball out in the first half, Julio go off, only for them to completely blow some double-digit lead. Similar to the AU-FSU championship game.
Atlanta Falcons vs New Orleans Saints: NFC Championship appearances - Falcons - 4 Saints - 2 Super Bowl appearances - Falcons - 2 Saints - 1 Championships - Falcons - 0 Saints - 1 .......Go Patriots.
going there for a long weekend with my GF so if you see a big tall guy vastly outkicking his coverage thats me would be fun to see you there
Hoping Fulham is playing at home or at least in London that weekend as well (and that they are back in the EPL there's still hope! 3 points out of the playoff! ) but if not we're going to try to make it to some other match on that Saturday
Just ballpark what are you expecting it to cost for a long weekend , Would be nice to take off Weds/Thurs/Fri/Mon - See England on Thur/Fri/Sat - fly home Monday.
I'm indifferent. It's funny to see the Pats so helpless and I like Freeman to do well. That said, a second half comeback would be tasty. I still hate the fucking Falcons.
