Not a spoiler moment but during one of the later hunting challenges I had a buzzer beater for the blazing sun medal ruined in a hilarious fashion. I'll upload on YouTube after work.
i'm playing on very hard and it's going about as well as you would expect it to go for someone with my abilities.
It's not too bad if you do a bunch side quests and find rare items to trade to merchants for upgraded weaponry early and bust out as many skill points as you can. You definitely have to approach each fight with a plan and be able to change tactics quickly or you will die a lot, and stay stockpiled with upgraded medicine pouch as quickly as possible.
Reading through the texts and listening to all the recordings is really important to this game. I see a really cool story unfolding here
Bought the maps for the collectibles and spent most of the night tracking them all down. Enjoyed every moment
i'm so damn tired of this stupid bitch doing jumping takedowns out of stealth thus breaking the stealth
Thats not what im talking about. Its the one normal siltent takedown animation where she jumps and stabs
sometimes their path doesn't take them in the weeds, but that could be fixed with the attract skill I imagine.
Mine went surprisingly well. Tore that fucker's disc cannon off and used it on him. This game did the enemies well, and facing something as big as the thunder jaw was awesome and satisfying.
i didn't know about the disc cannon at the time. luckily, i didn't get the crystal braiding drop so i get to go kill another.
so is there a limit to the number of traps that can be down at a time? because i just had about 40 disappear
The best thing about this game is it's gonna keep me from buying any shitty Nintendo console to play Zelda for a while.
That story holy shit, when someone finishes the game pm me , very hard play through clocked in at 55 hours with all quests, side quests, and collectables done
Once I find a game that absorbs me I just put everything into it. I rarely sleep anyway and I've been stressed as hell, so after work each day I'd just play and next thing i know 8 hours would pass. I'm now going to go back and fuck around with roam after completing the game and try to get all the trophies and read all the data entries.
Not bad I got every trophy on my playthrough but knock down the 23 grazer training dummies. First game I've gotten a platinum trophy in.
I spend far too much time running around looking at shit to finish in 55 hours. Speaking of, before the western part of the map unlocked i was just running around looking at shit. I took the path west between the two gates that leads to a very large cliff with a tower on it and some stormbirds in the distance. That was probably the single greatest view i've seen in a video game and it was totally unexpected.
got my 3rd power core. pretty interested to see where the story goes from here; i have my own thoughts. like most open world games, i spend way too much time get distracted by side quests, lol.
damn. i'm still at two power cores at level 32. i'm really trying to go for hunting blazing suns now.
Level 14 and haven't even found a cave besides the intro. I have a long long way to go. Damn side quest and errands
