i agree. my master edition has finally come in the mail. and i've just collected my first spirit orb. i'm loving it so far. the wife gave up after 5 minutes.
How tough is it to sneak in there and roughly how many hours in are you? I've had side quests demanding items be retrieved from there but this game does a damn fine job of making that place look fucking terrifying.
2 dungeons in and just wow. I thought after the first: way to put your best effort up front... good luck topping this one. 2nd dungeon was just as good. Most frustrating thing for me in this game isn't dying, because there's plenty of that. It's having fucking weapons and shields knocked out of your hands.
That's what I'm wondering. Surely if you acquire the master sword, it doesn't have just fucking break? I've heard diamonds can be used to rebuild special weapons?? But I don't know. Haven't run into anyone that remotely resembles a blacksmith.
Yeah, a blacksmith would've been nice. Knowing that every item you pick up will only last for a short time is beyond annoying. There has to be a way to at least double or triple their lifespans.
Also, I plan on playing this without looking up too many hints. I'm good with it taking a long time to beat this one, so unless I'm truly stuck, I'm going to just ride it out.
I am guilty of looking up one thing in the first dungeon. I just wasn't listening to the overview of it.
I dunno. I'm still trying to get used to the controls. When a weapon breaks on me, I get a little flustered trying to get a new one. I wish I could adjust the buttons the way I wanted.
I complained about that earlier and now I've been playing so much Zelda that I'm doing the opposite on ps4 games now.
so... i may be playing the game strangely. but, i've come across maybe 12 of the small shrines before i've made it to the zora area. i feel like i haven't done a lot that i'm supposed to as far as gear.
I am getting fucking wrecked in the Zora domain temple. Everything is a one hit kill from this boss. I gotta go find some stronger armor.
Think I'm still rocking the armor from Henton Village's armory. That's what I used for that battle. And stock up on arrows. You don't want to be like me throwing weapons at the boss because you've nearly got him but ran out of ammo.
I've found the Zora dungeon boss to be the hardest so far, while the Gerudo to be the hardest dungeon.
Yes. I budgeted my arrows poorly during the first part of that battle. I had to resort to spear-chucking.
I've spent a shameful amount of money on arrows. No regrets. Rolling up on a dungeon boss with 30 bomb arrows gives me the thickening.
Low key the most annoying part of the game... Spoiler REMEMBERING TO SHOOT THE FUCKING CORRUPTION EYEBALLS FUCK
I think I made a mistake. I left the Zora Temple to go cook some food, and now I can't get back in. Does anybody know how to put back in there? The elephant keeps pushing me away.
Highly recommend finding the memory spots in the camera. Some really cool cutscenes of background/context.
well I mistakenly read something was in there I wanted and it was relatively easy to get to haven't gone through the front door guardian fucks are a pain in the ass
no idea. i hope so. that could be the hylian shield you get with the amiibo maybe? can't really tell after watching it. i want to know if link poses for selfies like that?
I'm still torn on whether I'm going to get the season pass. This game is sensational and honestly don't know whether I even want much less feel like I need to play more.
i'm in a tough spot. i just figured out i'm supposed to be taking pictures of things. did i need to take a pic of the first dungeon boss i beat already?
do you guys sit and wait for the lightning to stop? or have i just not found what i'm looking for yet to run around in it.
I've waited out many a storm already. Had one yesterday that took literally 20 minutes and kept me from making any progress due to where I was.
I've taken like 2-3 pics that weren't quest driven. I guess Nintendo thinks everyone will behave like an Asian tourist while playing the game.
btw stating dungeons by number is shaky because you can do them in any order wife and I unintentionally did them in different orders
Ned Yocho is, of course, referring to the southwestern portion of Hyrule. I'm finding most did Vah Ruta, then Vah Naboris by pure coincidence.
