I remember W talking about something important on a tee box, then saying "now watch me hit this drive." As for Obama, there was a moment when someone was killed, perhaps he even announced it at the White House, then he golfed later that afternoon. Can't remember who. Neither instance really mattered. Just bad optics.
Daily Trump Quote: "All of the women on 'The Apprentice' flirted with me -- consciously or unconsciously. That's to be expected." - The 45th President of the United States of America, in his book "How to Get Rich," 2004.
was listening to the NPR morning briefing this morning and they said trump is going to the EPA headquarters to sign his executive orders today. lol. the guy is a literal comic book villain
we should have some kind of non-lethal punishment for this level of bullshitting: like being shot with a paintball gun in the ass in public a few times or something
Media: hey Jared, did you meet with any Russian banks? Vnesheconomobank, for example? Jared: what, me? No. Media: well what about this that says you did Jared: Ohhhhh Vnesheconomobank, yea of course. Normal business stuff. I thought you said Chase. You should speak more clearly next time
I believe there was discussion of a no Mensch tweet policy. Maybe that was the old thread so it doesn't count anymore.
Mensch, Schindler, and RVAWonk all use the same keyboard when tweeting, which is oddly missing the letters B through Y. I find Schindler particularly obnoxious because he tries so hard to infuse his gesticulating with false appeals to authority.
Paul Ryan's face is killing me every time now. Just the perfect face to say, "please God let me die swiftly at this very moment."
God damn finally on #4 "Has three treasury received any payments from Trump from profits made" 10 bucks they get a check by week end
She's against GMO, well shit I will have to change my view on the whole thing. Although I'm not anti-GMO just wish it was labeled.
I guess if you're grouping it under the Russian umbrella, the Russia story is starting to become a pretty big. I'm seeing my more mainstream twitter follows mentioning it more and more.
Here's my question: why did the White House or the leaker from the White House put a spotlight on the ski trip? Last week a source in the White House said Trump was pissed that Jared-Ivanka went ⛷as the healthcare bill died. Did the leaker inadvertently put the press on the real story or was it deliberately done? Do we have ourselves a patriot in the White House?
Serious question: Are people like Kayleigh McEnany, Steve King, etc. typical of the GOP and the conservative movement and therefore they're all out of touch, possibly evil, sons of bitches? Or does CNN just find the worst conservatives possible? I hope I already know the answer, but I'd really like to hear someone from the right publically state that these people aren't indicative of their views and that they're tired of being associated with them because they're ruining the public view of the rest of the party.
Again, why would someone with acess to EVERY national secret need to make this shit up? Unless, gosh, he WANTS to.
They probably didn't know. I'm sure you don't tell many people when you're going to meet a Russian oligarch when you're already under investigation.
