I'm ok with not agreeing with everything. But the ignoring all evidence and facts and going with what he "feels" Trump has done or will do is where I can't just go to. I mean he used the first 100 days link from the White House website to brag about what he's gotten done so far.
I can't tell you how often I go out to a bar on a Friday night and there's some queer trying to push his orientation in my face by wearing a tutu to the bar.
I don't even think that part about China's aircraft carriers is correct. They bought an old refurbished Soviet era carrier, and they launched a carrier the other day, but I don't think it will be operational for a couple of years.
This is absolutely infuriating. These assholes stand on repealing the pre-existing condition requirement because "government is bad" and tell people they need to take "personal responsibility" if it impacts their ability to pay for healthcare...then exempt themselves entirely from the repeal? The nefariousness of the "principled" right is almost unbelievable.
This is just human nature in general. If you can talk at length with someone in a civil manner, you can often get someone to concede or challenge their own ideas. However, as soon as they go home they start reading things that only reinforce their original opinion. I'm very guilty of this, I'll talk at length with my wife about something and will eventually understand her position better, but the next day I'm right back to my old self.
Anyone who is okay with denying or fucking people over with preexisting conditions needs to go get a pile of cancer and see how fun it is to deal with ANY health insurance company (whether you're covered or not). Like many of you, I was ignorant and flat out didn't care about peoples' right to healthcare in college, but now it just absolutely floors me that we as a country are okay with a system where only the rich can rest knowing their lives won't be ruined financially if they have an emergency. Just fucking expand Medicaid with a single payer and join the rest of the developed world, christ.
still want to know why the GOP only wants a wall along the Southern border and not the Northern border(s) half-assing it is no way to go through life
Sounds to me like you want to take people's freedom to stress out over medical bills they can't afford, how communist of you.
Like a great philosopher once said: Everyone has a plan 'till they get punched in the mouth. Case and point:
Friendly reminder that CBS ratings are always through the roof, mainly bc it's all a bunch of old people who watch shitty television. It's no different for politics.
Even building walls on both the northern and southern borders is half-assing it. If we want to go full ass we need a dome over the entire country. Like this plan from 1960 to put a dome over Manhattan... Spoiler
I'd tell them to go ahead and do that. Republicans have complete control of govt, when health care costs raise dramatically they won't have anyone else to blame.
i can see where that feeling comes from but the most effective things i've seen is where someone quotes what they've said and factually refuted it in a concise way which i feel like this sets it up for
It is like his staff's ties to foreign governments. How people are shocked at the current revelations is beyond me.
This is apparently a play so that they can blame moderate Rs this time around when it fails. HFC got blamed last time and they're getting out in front of it this time. Hilarious that's it's just an elaborate blame game.
are you implying something has changed? "Checking Trump" doesn't equate to " working to accomplish Taxes' and Three Stacks' policy preferences"
