Well his first "popular song" was shit...that didn't help. He has a new album coming out and if he keeps trying to sing i'm done with him.
On a related note....MGK looks like he would have been on the Gang banging in Little Rock documentary.
I give MGK credit for this humorous performance. Whoever the genius was at Microsoft that was like "the kids will love this!" probably got fired but was worth it to watch MGK scream obscenities in a mall and step on computers
I had no idea crossing the street when black people were on the same sidewalk as you was such a critical part of the rap game
Also there's nothing that legit annoys me more than some white dude determining what qualifies as being a legitimate black person or not
When you add in the fact it's a true story and the emotions of it this is the GOAT rap verse ever spit for me
MGK sees a hard lookin black guy walking towards him: stands tall Big Sean sees a hard lookin black guy walking towards him: "thank god there's a crosswalk here I'm out"
If nothing else the video for the Full Retard with the squirrel puppet wearing an eye patch is pretty amazing.
Movies and tv have taught me that we have some nailed down but we are missing the black contender. If you're white, you're Ben Affleck. If you're Asian, you're Jackie Chan.
Full disclosure on this post: he was my 9th grade football coach. I'm biased towards the GOAT white rapper.
thats a solid toss for a kid that age my 3 year old struggles to get anywhere near that kinda control
