Umm if we sign who is rumored and then sell Coutinho for 160??? B-Y-E How would that not be looked at as a win?
Chelsea make £25 million Ross Barkley bid http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football...illion-ross-barkley-bid-frantic-week-gathers/
Seems they tried to get most of the deals done before selling and all those teams knowing how much they got for Coutinho. Sounds like good business to me
Think most agree with you. But, there is still a massive portion of the fanbase who are FSG out no matter what and will just use the sale as ammo.
I don't know why you'd have thought it'd be that tough. He had only played like 15 games in the Danish league and a bit for Turkey at the Euros.
I'm still firmly in the keep him this year - sell next camp. That being said - I'm also in the let him rot if he doesn't want to play camp but I'm not paying his salary. £150k per week adds up quick if he's just hanging out and not playing.
Surprised that Emre Mor ended up at Celta, last I had seen he was in Milan to finalize a deal with Inter: http://www.bvb.de/News/Uebersicht/Emre-Mor-wechselt-zu-Celta-de-Vigo
Easy to say in hindsight, but at the time Pulisic had only played for Dortmund a few times and we had no idea of the kind of season he would have. Dortmund also bought him for like 10m euros at the time. They clearly thought highly of him.
They'd played a similar amount of games with Pulisic's obviously being at BVB. Was he competition? Yes. But I don't see why young talented prospect vs another young talented prospect would seem like some insurmountable obstacle.
If you were worried about Mor beating him out on a team with Dembele, Reus, Schurrle then it's essentially the same thing. And I know I'm being difficult but it's almost 4pm and I don't want to work any more so I'm taking up pointless arguments on here.
Marlon Santos to Nice on loan for two seasons. Barcelona has the option to end the loan after this season
I wonder what Trump would think of Transfer news. Just today we started with rumors of a £70 m plus Sterling bid for Alexis Sanchez Then rumors were it was countered with Aresenal asking for Aguero And day ends with that the bid that was rejected was just £50 cash, no players involved.
Not trying to bring politics into this but just showing how unreliable and crazy transfer news is. Bad attempt at a joke
I hadn't even realized it fell through until a few days ago. His agent said that the owners kept making last minute changes to the deal every time they'd agree and they finally just called it off over the release clause
So if you're Ox then why even push for anything? At this point just play it out and sign where you want next summer.
29 year-old, last year of his contract Van Persie? Not a chance imo. Although I guess we'll have a better idea if 28 year-old, last year of his contract Sanchez gets sold.
This is what I don't get. Probably best for him to become a free agent at this point and pick the best situation possible because there will be few if any teams that have a chance of playing in Europe and would want him in midfield. Could be Milner 2.0 though I guess
barcelona need to stop worrying about getting into petty scuffles with other teams and just buy some good players
Possibly the steal of the window. Tottenham, Chelsea, And Arsenal all dumb not to make a move on him for 2-3 times that amount.
Aurier to Spurs. Legal issue downgraded to fine. Excellent replacement for Walker, just wish we did our business earlier in the window.

Excuse me, are you saying the deal is 64.5m + Sterling + Aguero for just Sanchez? I am probably just misunderstanding you.
