Think I'll finally be able to take a day off tomorrow and can grind. Hoping to beat the game tomorrow and get up there in light.

 

Anyone finish the raid? I didn't

I finished the dogs (Pleasure Gardens) late Sunday and didn't get a chance to even try the Gauntlet or Callus last night, oh well. I don't get a lot of chances to do the higher level stuff, because most of my friends who play are still below 260, and still need to do the basic shit. I've got 2 who work 2nd shift that I can run raids with, but obviously our schedules aren't always aligned.

I didn't realize I had a TMB clan offer, but only problem is that I'm in one that I'm kind of in charge of (?) with like 10 of my buddies.

Anyway, I'm just now seeing this thread, time to catch up.

 

Got to the Gauntlet, but the group I was with was having trouble. So does this mean the raid has to be repeated from the beginning since it's a new week?

 

Also, ukcats8 and Super Vegeta let's rock destiny sometime soon. Haven't played anything with you fellers in forever. If y'all are going 21-0 in Trials of Nine, I'm going to need to be carried through that this coming week. TIA.

we made it to the end boss, but couldnt even make it to the DPS stage.

 

Looks like the raid encounter order switches from week to week. Also, it seems that the loot pool for each encounter changes from week to week.

 

I did get the "It Stared Back" raid sword; it looks pretty sweet. Not looking forward to doing the Pleasure Gardens again.

 

I would like to raid with some people tomorrow night, if any group is willing to have me.

 

Does the loot pool change to give actual loot?

 

I don't know. Seems the loot pool is similar to VoG in that it doesn't always give loot drops in each encounter.

 

something besides coins and a key would be nice.

 

For sure, just let me know. I don't know how much I'll be on tonight, but I should be on a good bit Thursday and the weekend besides Saturday.

Finished the raid again this time in one straight run

Like someone else said the order appears to change each week and it was Gardens-Gauntlet-Pools this time around. And yes the loot pool does include actual gear. I've gotten a sword, sub, helmet and mark directly and then a couple other things from the chests keys

 

Anyone want to run Nightfall with Popovio and I?

 

Running the Nightfall and I got kicked from the servers 45 seconds before it was over

 

I beat it, but I'll do it with y'all later today/tonight/tomorrow... I have both of you on my friends list. I'm NomadHokie.

However, fuck getting the Rat King this week. Holy shit. I can get to the final boss with 8 minutes to go, but in no way shape or form can I kill him in 3.

 

We got to him on that final run with about, what Popovio? Just under 12 minutes?

 

I take that back. I don't think it was that much time. Maybe 10 minutes left

 

Are you as bad at destiny as you are at overwatch? If so man not sure we can play together. I just can't carry you again...

 

Unfortunately I'm nowhere near as bad at it as I am overwatch or I'd be doing much better. I still haven't gotten to beat the raid yet
